I love this veterinary practice! We’ve been using Countryside for about 10 years. Their entire staff is amazing. We’ve had two visits during the pandemic and the system they have in place to keep everyone safe is something I really appreciate. Dr. Heath Thumel has been seeing our cat most recently and he is very kind, caring and knowledgeable. I’m so grateful for the care our pets have received at CVC.
The adjustments Countryside has made during the Covid-19 crisis has blown us away! Thanks so much for helping in caring for all of our dog's many needs (shots, medications, wellness visit) via both office visits and on-line food and medicine purchases and deliveries. Your entire staff is terrific!

Staff, receptionist....extremely friendly and cordial whether talking to them on the phone or in person in front of the clinic. Very quick/ respectful of my time. Experienced no waiting. Take the proper precautions considering the current environment and risk of COVID-19. Spend appropriate amount of time talking with us about findings from exam or anything that comes out of the visit. Better than other vet clinics we’ve worked with.

The exam and services were quick yet fully comprehensive. The Vet Dr Young was very nice and answered all of my questions. I like how everything was organized and made simple with the app and helpful staff members. .
I recently took my pup in for surgery and their new Covid guidelines are explicit and easy to follow. With my dog's anxiety, it is actually easier to bring him in this way than the regular way during normal times. The in/out traffic appears to be easily managed by the staff. Staff are always friendly and the doctors are good about explaining what is going on with my dog.
The staff did a phenomenal job reassuring me my dog was doing well in a stressful situation. My dog has separation anxiety from me so I was very worried about an office visit when humans were not permitted to accompany pets. She needed her vaccinations so she had to go in. Keeping in touch by phone eased my concerns.
