My pup needed emergency care for his eye. No place had availability, so I found this place by calling around. And I am so grateful that this place was able to see us. Staff were extremely kind, supportive and helpful. Santi was seen and triaged immediately and we were out of there in a heartbeat with medication, a diagnosis and sooo much good care from the doctors and staff. Also, I was very reasonably priced. So grateful to have found a spot like this!

This is fantastic full service animal hospital. The vets and other professionals here are great and they follow up. They are caring, patient, understanding, and interested primarily in the quality of life for the animals, not just making humans feel better, though they do a great job with that. For emergencies, plan to wait forever, but for regular appointments they are timely. Highly recommend as a regular vet and for emergencies if needed. My Murphy! Columbia Pike I cannot thank you enough for all the many nights I've had to bring Murphy to your ER and you all cared for him. He was literally like family there he came so much with all his little issues. The doctors are amazing as well as the staff. No matter what time of day or night when you call or go there is always friendly, warm caring faces there. I couldn't speak more highly of Columbia Pike Animal Hospital and their Emergency department. I had to take my beloved cat in last night (July 19) for an end-of-life emergency (she was having trouble breathing and fading fast) and they promptly saw me and very compassionately helped her pass on, finally free of pain. The staff was wonderful (I didn't catch the vet's name but he was terrific!) and they all made a very sad situation bearable.

They always do such a great job taking care of my cat, Naomi, and giving me the best advice on how to care for her. This time, Naomi had an ingrown or overgrown claw. They fixed her right up and now she's doing great. They always do such a wonderful job.

My dog received excellent care from Dr. Chang and the entire staff. You do pay more because they make themselves accessible at a moment's notice, but I was happy to pay more to get immediate care for my sick pet. The staff made it with our while with the professional, friendly and responsive service.

I'm so glad to have emergency vet services here in Annandale. I have always received excellent care for my cats and my dog at Columbia Pike Animal Hospital. The cost is very reasonable and the staff is friendly and professional. Day or night there is always help available.

I was so impressed with the care I experienced at this vet facility. Everyone was incredibly nice and you can tell they really care about a dog's wellbeing and doing what is best for them. Dr. Kirchart took the time to answer all of my questions and I never felt rushed. I did not have to wait at all once I checked-in either. My dog is usually extremely nervous at vets, but he seemed less so visiting here. I think he knows he is in good hands. :)
