We love these doctors! We have a spirited Shepherd and Dr. Sarah knows exactly how to interact with him. The techs are all great with him, too. They have provided outstanding care and we have recommended them to multiple people.
I am a veterinarian (big creatures only!) and this is where I take my dogs and cats to be sure they get the very best care. The front desk staff are cheerful, courteous and efficient, the technicians are all very good and knowledgeable. I've used all the veterinarians at the clinic and they are well trained, kind, personable and practical. I've never been kept waiting for my appointment. Great personal attention for me and my pets.
Such fantastic care and attention from everyone at The Drake Center! We've brought all of our animals here since 2002 when we moved to the area. We've experienced many ups and downs with our pets during that time and have been supported all the way by these wonderful individuals. 10 Stars to Dr. Keala Shotwell!!!
Best most friendly staff. All the doctors are very knowledgeable and professional. I have taken my cat Kiki there twice now and was very happy with their expertise. She's an inside/outside cat who likes to hunt and fight. I'm very pleased with their service and will be bringing my pup bull dog there soon.

The doctor are excellent. My only complaint is the cost of some medications your dog can need. There prices are exorbitant. My dog was itching and the med they gave me cost $120 for a bottle. That same bottle sells on Amazon for $35. I complained today to deaf ears. The bottle was unopened, yet they would not take it back. The referred me to a manaager who was out and I have not yet heard back. The lesson is to check online before buying items from Drake.

Needed a refill today for New Years fireworks for my dogs who freak out. Called at 9 am, no call back, called at 1 pm... we are so busy with surgeries blah blah blah. You are overpriced and don't deliver. shame on you! Dog owners beware they don't care!

I have been taking my cats here for a decade. In the past the veterinarians have been great but when a problem arises they are terrible. Recently my cat had a UTI and was cultured. The antibiotics prescribed worked for a few days but did not take out the infection. Was then prescribed the same medication for a longer period with similar results. I have been bringing my pets to this vet center for years. Last week I brought my pet terrier to see Dr. Dillworth because a wound on his paw. Dr. Dillworth is amazing I absolutely love having her taken care of my dogs. The technician thought Chloe M did not do a good job with. She made all the notes to call the pharmacy for Mr. Wilson medication e nothing happened, she simply forgot. I though that was so irresponsible.
