I don't remember many of the names of the staff who work there, I deeply apologize. I didn't know what to do when my cat got seriously ill so my best friend made a call for me to this place. I called them, the price was great compared to the animal hospital where we had tried to take my cat in the middle of the night. They saw my mom holding our sick cat in her arms like a baby and yet they didn't even let her in the door. We had an emergency and took our dog Charlie to Pet Vet Animal Hospital. Dr. Kirszenbaum took care of us immediately. My dog was bit by a coyote and she saved our Charlie! After a lengthy Surgery and multiple drains, my baby is now healed!!! I've taken all of my fur babies here. This is the only hospital I recommend and trust. Dr. Kirszenbaum gets on the floor to examine my babies. She is the most gentle, kind and trustworthy veterinarian I've ever met (and I've been to plenty until I found Pet Vet Animal Hospital). Absolutely the worst vets ever. Used to come here when the old vet worked here and it was fine but Perry and the other one are awful, cold hearted, and rude people who take no accountability. I made an appointment for a yearly booster shot for my sweet and perfectly healthy cat. After the examination Dr. K says my cat needs an ear cleaning. She says they will be careful as the area is sensitive but does not warn me of any possible side effects. The ladies at Pet Vet Hospital took such great care of our little Clover! Denise at the front desk was such a joy! Everyone was so personable and inviting, especially the new technician in the back! We definitely will be coming back!

I love love love this place. You can tell they really care about the animals here. I have been going to them for about 5 years now. I recently had to put my older dog down. The vet was with me every step of the way. Answered all of my questions. Then a week later I got a card in the mail and they all signed it. It was so amazing they cared so much. They know the animals are family member and they treat them like their own family as well. I would give them 10000000000 starts if I could!!!

Horrible, ill equipped "hospital". Despite the facility being run down we have been going there for 6 years because we loved our doctor who sadly moved out of state last year. Unfortunately our dog is now a senior and dealing with medical issues more frequently. Literally ANYtime we have had an emergency in the past 6 months they are unwilling or unable to help. Updating my review to reflect a neutral review of 3 stars. Dr. Brown was a 5, Dr. Perry is 1, so a 3 seems fair as an overall rating. I'm not sure how the new vet is since I switched vets shortly after Dr. Brown sold the practice. It's too late for clients like me who already found a new vet, but I would suggest to the new vet that client retention is key.

I have been going to Pet Vet for four years. Three years ago I wrote a five star review. A few months ago, it changed ownership and it's all about the money now. I found another vet. Better customer service and far more reasonable prices.

So as everyone else with the negative reviews, I used to love this place. Now it's a place I'll never return. I took my dog to get his nails trimmed, the tech cut him on two toes. This is something, if anything, I think a tech should be fairly good at. While he was in the back, I asked a question about why he only had 1 testicle ( other disappeared) I was explained that he would eventually have to have them removed..no biggie.
