I love love love this place. You can tell they really care about the animals here. I have been going to them for about 5 years now. I recently had to put my older dog down. The vet was with me every step of the way. Answered all of my questions. Then a week later I got a card in the mail and they all signed it. It was so amazing they cared so much. They know the animals are family member and they treat them like their own family as well. I would give them 10000000000 starts if I could!!!

Horrible, ill equipped "hospital". Despite the facility being run down we have been going there for 6 years because we loved our doctor who sadly moved out of state last year. Unfortunately our dog is now a senior and dealing with medical issues more frequently. Literally ANYtime we have had an emergency in the past 6 months they are unwilling or unable to help. Updating my review to reflect a neutral review of 3 stars. Dr. Brown was a 5, Dr. Perry is 1, so a 3 seems fair as an overall rating. I'm not sure how the new vet is since I switched vets shortly after Dr. Brown sold the practice. It's too late for clients like me who already found a new vet, but I would suggest to the new vet that client retention is key.

I have been going to Pet Vet for four years. Three years ago I wrote a five star review. A few months ago, it changed ownership and it's all about the money now. I found another vet. Better customer service and far more reasonable prices.

So as everyone else with the negative reviews, I used to love this place. Now it's a place I'll never return. I took my dog to get his nails trimmed, the tech cut him on two toes. This is something, if anything, I think a tech should be fairly good at. While he was in the back, I asked a question about why he only had 1 testicle ( other disappeared) I was explained that he would eventually have to have them removed..no biggie. OMG! I asked two simple questions, how much is regular check up and an x-ray?They keep prices secret and people who ask questions are not veterinarians and don't have university educated knowledge about our pets. Even techs are not knowledgeable about our pets. Just a technician. Denise is a receptionist and she doesn't have info of prices. Worst service you can imagine. The animal hospital normally go to doesn't open on Sunday, so they gave me the phone number here, and I called them and asked if I could make an appointment on Sunday. They said YES and set up an appointment with me Sunday afternoon, instead of telling me they do not even open on Sunday. When I was about to leave I gave them a call but no one answered. We have been seeing Dr. Brown for years and only AFTER seeing Dr. Perry were we told he sold his practice. Our dog has gone blind and appeared to have other health issues rapidly and took her in to find out what was wrong. Dr. Perry did a limited physical exam (despite requiring a full exam $$$) and suggested blood work (expensive) and a special eye test for the blindness. I have been seeing these doctors for quite awhile. The veterinarians don't treat you like a number. They follow up with you the next day or in a few. They don't try to gauge you and will give you options for treatments. My animals feel comfortable coming here. Both veterinarians explain everything in lamen terms which is very appreciated. I recommend all family and friends to come here.
