1 star is too much for this place now. Ownership changed and its all new staff and vets, BUT THEY REFUSE TO TELL YOU THAT! I asked for Dr. Takatani and Dr. Brown both times was put on hold so they could ask, I had to go on yelp to find out its under new ownership. Doctor Torres was super amazing today for our concern with Ghost. Gave much needed guidance. Great on the phone and easy to talk to. Much needed Dog Help advise. Thank you so much Doctor Torres

This is one of the worst vets that I ever took my dog to I was taking three of my pets to her for almost a year. The doctor refused to prescribe medication and refills without charging an office visit it seemed every time you wanted to speak with her all day want was more money and more check ups for no reason. ITS FORCING ME TO PICK A STAR SO I HAD TO TO POST THIS BUT---My rating is ZERO! I brought my cat in to PetVet on Wednesday November 25th 2020. The vet Mr. Torres gave my tiny 10lb cat a dose of medicine for a 24lbs cat and subsequently KILLED HIM BY OVERDOSE!!!. The effects were immediately noticed as we pulled away to take my cat home. I have two dogs who recently needed a lot of medical attention. I recently brought them to Dr. K to attend to all of their problems. I am so happy I did. She is so amazing and attentive and truly cares for her clients. I've never had a better, personal veterinary experience. Thank you so much for taking such good care of my doggies!

Pet Vet Hospital is so professional and Dr. Kirszenbaum is the best Vet we've been to. She takes Covid protocol very seriously. One of the techs comes to the car to get the dogs with a mask on. After the dogs are treated, the tech brings the dogs back to the car. Dr. Kirszenbaum gave my dogs their yearly vaccinations, made sure they are well and healthy and after the visit, within a few hours, contacted me to see how they are doing. She also called the next day. Great experience.

Worst place ever! Please do not bring your pets here, people so rude. They intoxicated my puppy and, and when I got back to check what what's happening they only said, took that medicine to the trash and also they charged me again total around $200 for get my puppy intoxicated. Please if you love your pets do not come these place.

Do not go here. Totally unprofessional. I kept receiving harassing phone calls from some male didn't catch his name because right from the get go he was huffy and puffy trying to be loud and intimidating he said he would send me to collections for a bill I refuse to pay because I never agreed to the sevices. I said send me to collections and hung up on him, He kept calling and calling and getting irate. This place is reaching a new low. Jessica is a liar. The receptionist doesn't know anything. I asked them to email my pet's medical history to a new vet that I'm switching to and the receptionist hang up the phone and doesn't answer my calls or requests anymore - of course they don't transfer the information as required. SCAM and shame. Save yourself the hassle and money, go with another vet.
