The Dr. Perry bought out this pet hospital is a rude, money grubbing, bitch. I have never seen or been around an ass so out of touch with how to be a dog person. My dog who never snaps at anyone snapped at her and she said my dog is a bad dog. No Dummy you are a bad "Doctor". She made an instant diagnosis that my dog had a tumor by raising his tail. We CHERISHED Dr. Brown. He was an incredible doctor and his prices were beyond reasonable. We are on our fourth dog (one passed at 17 so now Have 3). Unfortunately since Dr Brown left this place has become all about money. For example (and I have a LIST), my smallest weighs at 12 lbs and was due for vaccination. Dr Brown gave him 2 out of 3 and said to come back for the third because he is so tiny and it'll be too much for his little body to handle. Fast forward to now Dr Brown being gone. I must admit, I was hesitant to return to Pet Vet after Dr. Taketani's departure and seeing the not-so-pleasant reviews with the new ownership. We saw Dr. Kirszenbaum and I am so happy! She is so pleasant, helpful and caring. She called to follow-up after our appointment and she even returned my call when I needed advice on my pup's upset tummy. Happy to keep my business at Pet Vet with Dr. Kirszenbaum!

Love this place! I have a dog and a cat that I've been taking here for the past five years and I've had great experiences every time. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but the care they provide is top notch, and the doctors and staff have always been extremely helpful. Prices are very reasonable too. I see there are a few negative reviews about Dr Perry, but my cat's most recent visit was with her and I really can't say anything bad. She was kind and informative. My previous 5-Star rating for the amazing staff, service and care my 3 pets received for many years under the great care of Dr. T and Dr. Brown. Unfortunately Dr. Brown has now retired and PetVet is under new management and most new staff. The new Vet seems nice but gave quotes for stuff that wasn't necessary and overall prices are high. FYI - follow-up visits are considered a "new" consultation with a new exam fee. Ridiculous. I'm not a fan of Dr. Perry. She isn't friendly so I am transferring to another vet. Her demeanor is rude and snotty. She's just horrible. I am bummed because the assistants and techs at the front desk are AMAZING! My dog and I are going to miss them. I am no longer recommending Pet Vet to anyone.

Looking for a new veterinarian. So sad that Dr. Beder & Dr. Brown have retired from this practice. Pet Vet used to be the best veterinarian practice in town. Not so now, I've gone to them for the last 18 years. I had an unfortunate experience taking my 13 year old kitty in for help with an infected toe. I dealt with Dr. Perry. She was cold. My dog was a patient here for 7 years, and I loved Dr. Brown and Dr. Taketani. I took my dog for shots last week and was told he had to have blood work first. The bloodwork alone cost over $300. Total bill was around $400. Was not impressed with the new doctors. I asked for a quote for teeth cleaning. They said they would email a quote. After two weeks and no response, i called, twice, and finally was quoted almost $400. Wont be returning.

We love Dr Kirszenbaum. We have been with her for over 7 yrs for our pets. Not only is she the best vet we have ever had, she has a great bedside manner and has always worked with us to find the best long term solutions for our pets. In those 7+ yrs we have tried to go exclusively to het but due to some events we had to do short stints with others... Too bad for the others as we compare them all to her and have been left wanting.
