Pepper, the cantankerous cat, had his first mani-pedi there. That was the first time that he was not traumatized & not sedated even though he pooped on their table. When it was time for him to go to heaven, he was treated with respect & dignity by the staff members. Thank you so much!

After taking my dog in for tummy problems on a Friday morning thinking she had a blockage, the vet led us to believe the x-rays would be read by a radiologist and we would hear the results - if not the same day then early the next week. When I had not heard anything by Wednesday I called the office and was (very rudely) told that I should not expect to get an answer within 24 hours (it had been 5 days). If we could leave less than 1 star I would. We took both our chihuahua and a feral cat we wanted to adopt. The Vet Dr. Maynard, was suppose to give us results for chihuahua X-rays as she needed a procedure done - never called us and we had a hard time getting them to return our call. Lots of excuses, ended up talking to an office clerk instead. Vet never took the time to discuss X-ray results. What a piece of shit of a vet. The cat situation is even worse. Dr. kimrshenbum is peanut's beloved pet vet. He visited the clinic once for international travel documents and second time he was itching with severe allergy. Dr Kirshenbaum is absolutely wonderful! Super nice, corporative and very dedicated! She will explain every single detail of her care and will consult with you for the best care. She won't leave you with doubts or questions. Pet Vet is a very bad place to take your pets for veterinary care. They have low prices but they say are too busy to call you back to let you know what's wrong with your animals. It took me almost 3 weeks to get a response from Dr. Maynard about my Little chihuahua dislocated shoulder. They charged me for Exam, X-rays, sedation etc, but never gave me a conclusive diagnosis because she didn't know what to do with a dog with a dislocated shoulder. If I could give a - star I would. I came to get care from my dog and I came back with a dead dog. They told me there was nothing they could do but every hour they asked for money to keep him alive. Worst vet ever. The coworkers suck and they should shut down.

t took 4 people for them to make a copy of my dogs documents, which now i feel it was a mistake to give them, for them not to even bat an eye on it. They told me she needed many vaccines, which she already did have they just didn't read the papers i gave them. I hope they didn't do it without my consent because a 200 VISIT so i can get a signature of a veterinarian to prove that my dog had the rabies was just way too much. My other vet just charged me 45... Just came because his place closed down... Now never again. What a r... read more

What a wonderful experience!!! After I needed to see a vet when the pups where playing to rough and one puppy had a cut I came here because my vet didn't had an open appointment soon. This team here is so friendly and helpful, you're dealing here with people with common sense and a big heart for animals..... I got an detailed information about the whole procedure to a very fair price. I'm having a new vet now!
