This place rocks. I have 2 older pups and I am very protected over them but Dr. Kirszenbaum makes me feel so at home and safe. She never tries to over sell tests we don't need and gives us her honest opinon., Making it more easier for us to decide what to do. Especially during Covid-19. They have done everything very safe and professional. I highly recommend this place!

Now I don't usually write reviews but for this instance I have to because still to this day it doesn't sit well with me. I used to come here years ago with my pit bull and I'm assuming this was with a previous owner. He had a tumor in his paw that made it extremely difficult to walk. Mind you he is VERY trained he went through 3 years of training. I always told the vet techs and doctors to tell him the "leave it" command and he would not do anything. But because he was a pitbull they insisted he needs training because he's "... read more

Update on my previous review. This is a terrible, overpriced facility. They try to add unnecessary tests and it's not the place it was when Dr Brown was there. We took our cat who was lethargic in there last year and they did every test and X-ray and kept him there for the day which they charged 300 for. The final bill was 1200. The same issue happened last month again and we went to another vet, it was 200. They gave him antibiotics and fluid and sent him home, said he was fine. I will never return. It's a shame.

I'm so upset right now, I just got home from a hard day of work, I am a essential worker as they are, I called up to see if I can get some Frontline or advantage which is something I can get at a pet store, but it would be more convenient for me just to go around the block to get it. I thought more convenient, right?. So I call up to make sure they have it. And oh no ,they can't give it to me unless they make an appointment to see my dog because it's been who knows how long. Again this is something that I can get at Petco. I... read more

Kind of in the middle of a plaza easy to miss. However I passed by because I was in desperate need to get an appointment anywhere. Every single vet was booked until next week. I didn't get the receptionist name but she expressed how busy they were because of the regulations of the business and practices of social distancing. She placed me on a brief hold and made an exception to assist me! I was so relieved and thankful that they did that for me!

UPDATE - So my dog accidentally swallowed two grapes which can be deadly for dogs and my instinctual reaction was to rush her to the vet yesterday. Despite the awful treatment I received from this office, in an emergency I put all grudges aside and rushed over to them as they have all her medical records on file. Guess what happens? The girl on the phone places me on hold "to check their books" as I stand outside their door visibly panicked and takes her sweet time to go in the back for about 10 minutes only to come back and... read more

I have been going to this office forever and I used to see the prior vet who sold the practice. I admit, I was scared and super hesitant to see the new vet. My fur kids are my babies, and unless yr comfortable with their drs, then yr not comfortable at all. My first visit to Dr. Kirszenbaum was amazing. I had brought my 16 yr old, who wasn't feeling well, to her and I was in a panic. Dr. K was so compassionate, personable, and comforting. t I was so at ease, that I started crying. She did a nose to tail exam which I wasn't u... read more

Took my dog Maggie to get checked and I was very impressed by the system they have in place, to make sure everyone stays safe. When I got there, I parked and called to let them know I was outside in my car. A nice lady wearing gloves & a mask came out right away to check Maggie in, gave me a one sheet questionnaire on the nature of our visit, and said to call her on the phone when done with the questionnaire. Once I was done, she came out to collect the questionnaire and took Maggie in with her to be examined. The Vet called... read more
