They took great care of our cats when we had to get them fixed and get health certificates to fly. Everyone is so friendly and polite. It does feel a bit more expensive than other vets, but I know they will take good care of our babies so I will gladly pay.

The vet at North Powers did such a great job helping us in a tough situation. Our cat was attacked by another animal later in the day. The vet stayed late and tried everything she could to save our cat. The staff was very considerate, and I also appreciate how they were conscious of my budget and overall cost of care. Unfortunately our cat did not survive. But the vet was very good with explaining everything to my kids and helping to console them. After my initial review, the practice manager called and addressed my issues, which I appreciate because, like I wrote before, we love Dr Carlson and just get fed up with the front desk personnel. The practice manager assured me that she would correct issues. They bent over backwards to make sure my pup was taken care of this afternoon, which was the most important thing. Thank you!

I have had a hard time finding a good vet that is willing to exam my dog's eye. I have seen about 5 vets in Colorado that either charge me for an exam and do not fix her issues or others that after charging me for an exam tell me to go see a specialist. Out of desperation, I have been driving 11 hours to Texas for a good Dr. To take care of my dog. However, that has become a bit more difficult and have been required to search for a local vet. Had to call all around town to find an exotic pet vet that could see my guinea pig within the week. They were able to squeeze me in, and they allowed me to accompany my pet inside and see the exam. They said cats and dogs normally can't handle having their owner in the room, but guinea pigs were ok. I had a lot of anxiety about bringing her to a vet, but they were extremely gentle and thorough. I will be bringing all my pets here in the future!

Dr. Wellfare is an amazing person! He always takes his time with my nervous husky. I 100%recommend I've also met Dr. Carlson whose equally kind!

Doctor Welfare and the staff are amazing. They listen to your concerns and address them with ease and understanding. I was more than happy to drive over 40 minutes to take my dog to this wonderful vets office.

We just moved away from Colorado Springs and we are most sad to leave our vet behind. They have been so caring and comforting with our animals. Our dogs never got scared coming here and we never worried when they were in their care. We highly recommend them for all your fur babies.
