At first I thought this was a good vet to go to. I was wrong. They only offer one type of medicine for an ear infection and after doing a cytology and visit plus meds (over $100) they won't help us. Now they want to do a special test to send off for another $100 and no meds for my dog who is suffering from an ear infection. When that gets back (who knows how long) then they may be able to order a different medication. After reading the reviews posted here, I took my newly acquired cat to NPAH for a check-up. Though I found the facility to be large, very clean and quite attractive, I have my reservations towards some of the staff. I had called prior to the clinic opening and left a voice mail to inquire as to whether there were appointment openings today (Sat., 09/28/13).
