When you walk in you are greeted by their friendly staff. We have been going for about 10 years. JJ & Andrea are extremely caring, they are some of the exceptional techs they have there. Dr. Penn is pretty blunt, but he does care about his patient's Excellent, professional & caring are words to describe the practice!!!

Like many, we had a Covid baby. A beautiful Goldendoodle that we adore with all our hearts. When she was about a year old, we noticed she was having random episodes we thought were seizures. They began to occur more and more frequently. Part of the the challenge was that couldn't replicate what we were seeing when she was at the Vet so we took video of an attack and took her to see Dr. Penn. Horizon is the absolute best! They are always so accommodating and caring. Dr. Penn is extremely knowledgeable and has always helped out with any concerns we've brought to them. Vet techs JJ and Andrea are so friendly and you can tell they truly care about your pets. Everytime I go to Horizon I know my dogs and cats will be treated with the same care and attention that the vets and techs would give their own animals. My pets have been seen here for the past ten years. The team has been absolutely wonderful. Our chorkie is moving into the last phase of his life, and the Horizon team has shown extraordinary care and compassion. They've helped us with proper diagnosis and the correct treatment plan to keep our little guy happy and having more good days than bad as he moves through his 12th year of life. Thank you for being such special people who truly care about your clients!

Do not take your animals here!!it has a new owner not good I have used Horizon for over 15 years Dr Beth was wonderful but she retired Dr Penn is a good Vet however he just isn't the warm caring person like Beth the staff is nasty and rude a bunch of girls who could care less My dog needed care for an infection they gave me an appointment a week out I remarked that I thought it was a ridiculous amount of time because he was sick and I was a long time patient they could care less and basically told me that so then I got a cal... read more

The group here are really great. We had an emergency with our lab and everyone was so so so helpful. Dr Penn is pretty blunt so I can understand some folks won't respond well to it but he' cares and that DOES show. JJ is an absolute GEM and so glad she has stayed there through the change in ownership. I'm grateful for them as always.
