Where do I start? Well, I guess I'll start with the best: Beth A Hareski DVM. Dr. Beth has been at Horizon for years. Poor Beth was the Dr that had to help me understand my 21 year old cat had lived a great life and needed to move on.... This was unexpected. She was/is so kind and helped me through an indescribable experience. Fast forward ten years and she's still helping me wonderfully with my pup. I can't tell you how disappointed I am in this place. We have been bringing our dog here for years and unfortunately she has a chronic UTI problem. Coming home from work at four in the afternoon finding out that she had gone to the bathroom three or four times in the house and smelling the same foul smell of her other UTI's I called Horizon animal hospital. Tami insisted that Dr. Patterson would not call in or give us an antibiotic (that the dog has been using for years ) and we needed at least 24 hours. Do you know how far ... read more

My cat Love and Puppy Jamie was seen by Dr. Beth. And other Doctors at Horizon Animal Hospital, She's absolutely amazing, caring, sweet, and professional, her staff always very kind helpful, professional and They go above and beyond to help in every possible way, we appreciate how hard they work very much. I learned that Dr. Beth is retiring soon that made me sad, we're going to miss her very much and we wish her all the best! Thank you Horizon Animal Hospital for 13 long years of service for my dog Missy! I appreciate the card and memorable thoughts during this difficult time. Missy was a small dog with a big personality and I know you enjoyed her personality as much as I did....... We will be back to see you someday!

We are always satisfied when we go to Horizon. They don't jump to conclusions but rule out things in a proper manner. Their knowledge and experience shows.

I have been taking my cats to this vet for the last 2-3 years due to proximity to my house. I wasn't so impressed with the vet services but for a wellness check they were ok. It is generally easy to take appointments too. However, during the last visit I learnt that one of my cat needs a dental treatment. I asked them to provide an estimate and they said they will send it via e-mail. After more than a week and a couple of phone calls/ and e-mail requests, I still haven't get any information or an estimate. So I will take my ... read more

Worst vet I have ever encountered did not examine my dog , did not get proper diagnosis and when my dog died 2 days later the vet called to tell me it was not her fault. Disgusting. She never offered condolences . No compassion. I would not recommend this place

I don't normally write reviews but in this instance I had to..my Siberian husky maya just turned 9 and needed a dental cleaning, spay, and a cyst on her back removed. Needless to say I was incredibly nervous and anxiety struck about it. From the time I got her in for her pre op eval to getting her after surgery, I could not have been more blessed w the staff here at horizon.
