Absolutely terrific veterinarian practice from Dr. Emily, to Carlos the vet tech to Kendall who greeted me. Thorough and they got me in immediately. Highly recommend.
I've been taking my pups to Horizon for about 12 years. Dr. Patterson is caring, very knowledgeable and delightful. The staff is professional.
Horizon Animal Hospital has been caring for our pets for years. We have always been treated with loving care and compassion. One of our furry babies has suffered from congestive heart failure, a heart murmur and eye problems, and the team of vets and staff at Horizon helped us give our little pup the best of years, even under hard conditions. We are so grateful. He recently passed away, but we will continue to bring our existing other dog to Horizon, as well as any future additions to our family.
We came here for the 1st time and here was our experience. Compassion, sincerity, concern, kindness. Our boxer Jasmine was euthanized and they made us feel like family. In words, it's hard to express our gratitude. This is more about you guys at Horizon the gratitude and appreciation we have for an otherwise heartbreaking day. I appreciate how all the staff is so caring and attentive. We had a sad experience with our cat Onyx in November and had to put him done. Dr. Penn helped work through what was happening to our cat's failing health. The staff was amazing with the follow up and empathy. We received a handwritten sympathy card from the staff and a donation in our pet's honor. It was a sad and horrible experience for us but this group was so supportive. All the staff are amazing and super attentive to Winston's needs! Record keeping has been consistently up to date and the different Docs come in well informed. Winston seriously loves coming for his visits. Grateful.
The staff at Horizon Animal Hospital/Boarding is very friendly and professional. My mind is at ease knowing that my Bostie is in his own run, away from other dogs or humans because he is aggressive when away from home. He seems happy and in good shape each time I pick him up at the end of the stay.
Everyone is very nice and knowledgeable. The doctor, Emily Ozmun is very professional and compassionate with my cat who I adore. My cat is very nervous when she goes there, but Dr. Emily is so kind with my cat that she calms down.
The staff are friendly, professional, caring , and efficient. The services are diverse and affordable.
