Dr. Penn and his staff are just amazing. My dog had an obstruction in his bowel and Dr. Penn did emergency surgery on him. He took the time to explain all the details of the surgery and the complications. He gave me an estimate on the surgery and a low and high estimate. After the surgery they ended up crediting me back which was very honest of them. My dog has been back a few times after the surgery to get checked up on and it's been a good experience each time. Great from the first call made to set up the appointment. Super quick and kind service for getting my fur baby's ear hair plucked - which cannot be fun as a dog! She was totally fine afterwards and they said she was a trooper. The price was much less expensive compared to other vets in the area. They gave me a heads up that she had early signs of an ear infection so I could start treating it. I am from Vegas and my boyfriend was in Scottsdale for the weekend he picked up a new puppy for us. He wanted to get him Vet checked before bringing him home. He asked me to locate a Vet that was open on Sunday's. So, I went to Yelp and started looking. I found Horizon and read some reviews. I gave them a call and spoke with Claudia. She was amazing!! I've had 5 dogs with Horizon over about 18 years. One dog was very sick over a prolonged period and got to know the doctors well and spent a lot of money with Horizon. Our son, as a high school student, worked at Horizon over a summer. It hurt so much for them to turn their backs on my dog and I, not once, but twice in a day! My current dog was there yesterday for grooming and a Leptospirosis Booster shot. I was told by the groomer that dogs over 70 lbs. were considered large, and would cost $60 to clean. We love Dr Patterson. She is always very straight forward and doesn't believe in running unnecessary and expensive tests which is so nice. We have going to her for about a year And have seen her several times for different issues with both of our dogs. Our dogs absolutely love going to this vet and they're always very accommodating when we bring both even giving us a room to wait and so we don't have to try to control two dogs in the waiting room area. Dr Beth and her cadre of vets and clinic staff rock! Friendly, caring, immaculate. Remarkably, open On Saturday and Sunday we had a special emergency on Sunday and I cannot believe the reasonable bill And either recently had to take our dog and as we were out of town. The staff said don't worry about the bill making pay when they return This would never happen at our that in Seattle. The vet & staff are fantastic here. Very friendly & very accommodating. I called on New Years Eve 1 hour before they closed with an emergency. They were happy to squeeze us in even though they were fully booked. I never felt rushed and they really took their time with my dog. Definitely making this my regular veterinarian from now on.

I came here for my baby olly after receiving the news from Banfield pet hospital that she would need a bladder stone surgery. Banfield had told me that the only option was surgery and I was so distraught; I knew I needed a second opinion!! Been seeing Dr Beth since 1987! We love her and she's cared for our three sets of Poodles with lots of love and attention. Love her place. Her staff are the best and our current babies love the kennel too!
