We moved from Gaithersburg to Howard County about 2 years ago. We tried cat and dog hospital, but I didn't love the care and they were quite expensive compared to what we had experienced. I heard great things about you all and tried you. I loved the care we received the first couple times we were there. Overall I would say my experience was good. I understand that special accommodations are in place because of Covid. However, having my dog checked out while I sit in my car is strange and honestly I am left to trust that a physical was even performed. I literally paid $69 to have a vet call me and tell my that my dog looked great. I did not even receive a receipt of my payment. I feel like I should have received that either physically or email.

We are so sorry you did not receive this invoice on the 15th. It is a part of our front staff tasks to email the invoice after every client is cashed out, but we have found that sometimes when we walk away from the computer, another staff member may jump on the computer to use it and x out of the invoice screen instead of emailing the invoice. Overall, once my cat was in the system things were great. I made my appt online and almost didn't bring my cellphone. I was not given any indication about the new procedures until I was out of my car and at your doorway. My phone call to let you know I was at the door was dropped 5 times. I only use this veterinary practice so I don’t know if this is normal but prices are skyrocketing.. I’m older and could use a small discount. I’ve been going here with my pets for a long time!
My bill for two dogs was $1000, I just so wish you would’ve let me know before everything was done because it threw my budget off for the whole month
My dog was prescribed a pain medication I wasn’t informed that he could get side effects I took him to the emergency vet yesterday because he was pooping blood I am totally shocked that I was not warned about the side effects which lead to lots of pain and trouble to my dog It’s so sad seeing him suffer your fault
One package of meds will expire soon and we’d like to replace it. COVID compliance was perfect. Thank you!
