Dr. Jacque Stahl is one of the most compassionate competent veterinarians I have used. It is always so hard to hand your little baby to a stranger especially during these stressful COVID times when you can't be with them. Usually my little guy shakes so badly and this morning Dr. Stahl came out to the car to get him and he went right with her. It gives me peace of mind knowing he is in her care when I cannot be. I've visited T&C twice during the pandemic. On the first visit, we opted for curbside service. We called to say we arrived and a tech came out to pick up our pooch. Waited in the car during my dogs physical, and the doctor called to give us feedback. Not surprisingly we were told my dog needed her teeth cleaned so we had to come in for a second visit. My dog came home from the cleaning with a report and with visibly cleaner teeth! I trust the staff Town & Country Animal Hospital, what more can you ask for?
Dr. Davis Hall is the best vet we have ever gone to and being animal rescuers, we have gone to some of the best in the area. He is very honest and caring and extremely experienced. He doesn't try to give excessive testing that is not necessary, but what is needed. We love Dr. Hall's southern charm, humor and friendship and can't help but consider him more than a vet to our family. He goes out of his way to help and always has. We could not be more grateful for him.

This vet was very loving and caring toward my kitten. He is 8 weeks old and We had only had him for 36 hours. He has an eye infection, and after receiving terrible news from a previous vet saying he would lose his eye, I needed a second opinion. We called 15 minutes ahead of time to let them know we were coming, and then again when we arrived. It was nice that they have curbside drop off. My family's pets have been cared for by Dr Davis Hall since the 80s and have never been disappointed. Dr Hall truly cares for the well being of our animal friends - his passion is obvious! Dr Reed is just as amazing! I know my boy will receive the best care possible @ CPAH and Town & Country! I highly recommend Town and Country or Columbia Pike Animal Hospital for the very best care of all your furry friends!
We added a second puppy to our family a few months ago and have continued to have a great experience with Town & Country! Even my husband agrees, as we've had to make emergency visits a few times and have had superb, friendly service even during our circumstances. Due to COVID, they have changed their protocols and have offered curbside check-in, where they will pickup your pet and escort them into the hospital. Dr Davis Hall was the veterinarian we saw for our 5 week old kitten Luna, he was very attentive and knowledgeable. He even gave us food recommendations and started her on wet food immediately! We were overall very impressed with his care and attention, and will be back for her annual checkups with Dr. Hall! I should also share special thanks to Gigi for her prompt assistance and getting her in as soon as we called!
I love Dr. Cage, she is so knowledgeable and always lets me talk about my million concerns, which are many due to being a new dog mom. We have only been coming here since corona started so I really appreciate the extra attention she gives me over the phone. We had to come in for a unexpected visit and saw the senior Dr. Hall, due to corona and my concerns I wrote him a letter (to make sure he knew what was going on), he came out to our car to calm me down, it was very thoughtful!
