This is the most wonderful animal hospital. I've owned dogs my whole life, and this is the best veterinarian experience I've ever had. The doctors don't pressure, shame, or offer unnecessary tests. They show compassion and offer valuable insight. The other staff members are friendly and helpful. I moved from Fairfax to Bethesda, but won't be changing vets because they are so wonderful. I've even gotten friends to switch over, even though they live further away. Thanks so much for taking care of my pup.
I have been very pleased with the care my dogs have gotten at T&C since 2012. If there is a problem, the doctors explain the situation and what procedures need to be taken.
Manager just called me, friendly resolved the issues. I leave 5 stars for everything she done for me and dog. I am grateful for this.
I received outstanding service, in the attention, respect, and communication provided to me, by the caring people at Town and Country Animal Hospital in Fairfax, VA. Their wonderful attitude and concern for my very sick and elderly dog made all the difference in providing me with hope that I would be able to spend some more time with this little black dog that has been part of our family for 14 1/2 years.
I LOVE Town and Country. They have managed the COVID protocols fantastically without giving up any quality, professionalism or promptness. The vets, the vet techs and the staff are amazing!
We started bringing our first cat to Town & Country Animal Hospital back in 1982. We moved to Springfield back in 1986 and still drive the distance to have them take care of our pets! The practice has been good to our pets through the years. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
Affordable, really understanding & compassionate when giving news that my cat is sick.
Dr Davis Hall DVM saw our dog who was 15 yo with Acute onset of right fronted sided inflammatory process of unclear etiology that was difficult to localize but excruciatingly painful. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic we could not go into the facility. As a retired orthopedic surgeon I appreciated the fact he came out to our car to talk with us directly. Dr. Jacque Stahl is one of the most compassionate competent veterinarians I have used. It is always so hard to hand your little baby to a stranger especially during these stressful COVID times when you can't be with them. Usually my little guy shakes so badly and this morning Dr. Stahl came out to the car to get him and he went right with her. It gives me peace of mind knowing he is in her care when I cannot be.
