I'm new to the new area and my pup recently came down with a cough. I asked around and did some research and finally landed on Town & Country to take my dog to. I called to make an appointment, and I was actually able to be seen right away but due to scheduling conflicts I choose a later day. When I arrived, I didn't have to wait very long, however this could have been because I went late morning during the week. Took my Granddog for suture removal (from surgery at Hope in Vienna) and they couldn't have been more kind and caring. Sadie was a little nervous going in given her recent experience with having to get stitches and the Vet Tech was super sweet and patient with her. Best part? No charge! I was like "really?!" - most vets only care about the moola - this one doesn't. Also they found out have an emergency hospital - Columbia Pike. Very happy with our experience!

I have been going to Town & Country for approximately 2 years. I love the fact that I can call and get a same day appointment, especially when my dog has experienced health issues. The staff greets my dog by name and always gives here the attention and rubs that she so enjoys. Considering the price of medications, I really appreciate the price matching and military discount - you just have to remind the staff, which I have no problem doing. I have consistently seen Drs. My elderly lab was a patient at T&C for several years until we moved out of Fairfax. Two years with a different vet and we're back at T&C; willing to make a longer drive for excellent care and compassionate advice. Whereas another vet was hesitant to offer any opinions without (expensive) imaging tests first, Dr. Reed Hall did a thorough physical exam, listened to me about ongoing symptoms, offered his opinions about what was probably going on, and suggested reasonable next steps -- given my dog's age. Wow wow wow! I have found my vet for life! Dr Davis Hall is so wonderful, and he truly saved my cats life. We actually ended up bringing my cat here who was in critical condition. He had been treated by the Hope center in Vienna Virginia, who basically took us for every last dime, and did absolutely nothing to help our sick kitty. Thankfully this vet clinic was referred to us by good friends. I had a good experience here. I adopted a little cat from a local shelter and needed to bring him in for his first check up. Everyone was very kind to myself and my cat from making the appointment to checking out. Plus their hours are super convenient for folks who work a standard schedule. We saw Dr. Stocks and I will definitely request her again. This is my first cat and I was pretty clueless going in. I am glad I picked this office.

We saw Dr. Jones today for our new kitten. He was very thorough and knowlegeable about cats. We have also seen Dr. Davis Hall, Dr. McGrath and Dr. Klein in the past. They are all great and very caring Vets.

We've been using Town and Country for a couple of years now. We got off to a rough start with the first vet we saw, but have had much better experiences with a few other vets and the rest of their staff. We see them for our adult male cat and our new kitten - so far we believe Dr. Stocks, Dr. Bauer, and Dr. Klein are the good ones we've seen! Scheduling has always been easy. Great place to bring your pets. I was very pleased when I took my very shy cat in a few days ago for a checkup. I was waiting for only a few minutes before Dr. Bauer came out to let me know she was ready. She purposefully came out herself instead of a technician because after reading my cat's history, she knew Maggie was very nervous. Shortening the time of the visit and interacting with fewer people really helped alleviate Maggie's stress. They take the time to do the extra step here.
