Wow wow wow! I have found my vet for life! Dr Davis Hall is so wonderful, and he truly saved my cats life. We actually ended up bringing my cat here who was in critical condition. He had been treated by the Hope center in Vienna Virginia, who basically took us for every last dime, and did absolutely nothing to help our sick kitty. Thankfully this vet clinic was referred to us by good friends. We ended up pulling our cat out of the other clinic's care(where he had been for several days and made no improvement at all) and brou... read more
I had a good experience here. I adopted a little cat from a local shelter and needed to bring him in for his first check up. Everyone was very kind to myself and my cat from making the appointment to checking out. Plus their hours are super convenient for folks who work a standard schedule. We saw Dr. Stocks and I will definitely request her again. This is my first cat and I was pretty clueless going in. I am glad I picked this office.
We saw Dr. Jones today for our new kitten. He was very thorough and knowlegeable about cats. We have also seen Dr. Davis Hall, Dr. McGrath and Dr. Klein in the past. They are all great and very caring Vets.
We've been using Town and Country for a couple of years now. We got off to a rough start with the first vet we saw, but have had much better experiences with a few other vets and the rest of their staff. We see them for our adult male cat and our new kitten - so far we believe Dr. Stocks, Dr. Bauer, and Dr. Klein are the good ones we've seen! Scheduling has always been easy. When I called the day I got my kitten to schedule her first appointment they had me in 45 minutes later, I didn't even own the kitten 2 hours. When my ... read more
Great place to bring your pets. I was very pleased when I took my very shy cat in a few days ago for a checkup. I was waiting for only a few minutes before Dr. Bauer came out to let me know she was ready. She purposefully came out herself instead of a technician because after reading my cat's history, she knew Maggie was very nervous. Shortening the time of the visit and interacting with fewer people really helped alleviate Maggie's stress. They take the time to do the extra step here.
Have been going to Town & Country for almost 17 years with my cats. They are always friendly and provide outstanding care for my pets. Wouldn't think of going to another animal hospital. Nice facility and great location too.
Have been taking our dogs to this vet for 15 years. Being that we've had several dogs through their practice, we've seen lots of doctors there. However the one constant has been Dr. Davis Hall and Dr. Reed Hall. They've been there since we started. Though we saw them for more critical cases and concerns, all of the vets we have seen at Town & Country have been outstanding. As of late, we've been seeing Dr. Bauer and Dr. Klein and requesting both. They have assisted with several issues with my dog over the past year. A... read more
This is the best animal hospital I have used in Northern Virginia. I really like Town and Country because the staff is helpful, friendly and make you feel welcome. There is not a long wait once you sign in. I waited one time about 10 minutes for Dr. Stocks who then sincerely apologized because she was dealing with an emergency, which is just fine by me. They also make follow up phone calls to make sure your pet is ok if you bring them in for something non-routine. I think the cost is very reasonable as well.
A month ago, I entered the clinic, nervous & overwhelmed. With a sweet blinded stray cat who needed help & a thousand worries crawling in my throat. The front desk was understanding when I told them she had no name. And were sensitive enough to place us immediately in a room to safely wait in there instead of having her shrink into a tiny ball inside her crate from fear at the big dogs barking at her in the lobby. Dr.Stalph was gentle & handled her well! Although hearing the trauma this cat likely suffered broke my heart... read more
