I can not say enough about this place. We were clients of the Parkman Road office. When that vet retired we were sent to the sister office Town and Country. Our dog Tillie got into something and was acting lethargic etc. We got her an appointment with Dr. Martin and we are so glad we did. Dr. Hall is an absolute gem. Personal, explains everything, nothing is cookie cutter and on and on. His deep experience is of great benefit to his critter patients and their parents.
I took my dog here for the first time last week. I needed to schedule a neutering surgery and get his vaccines updated. Scheduling was easy. All staff were efficient and polite. My wait time for the vaccines and a check up was about 30 seconds even though the business seemed pretty busy...they managed it all very well. My daughter waited in the waiting room the whole time I was with my dog in the exam room and she said no one waited more than a minute and they had a pretty busy schedule. Great veterinary practice. Dr. Simpkins is outstanding and the technicians who worked with my cat were also excellent. I highly recommend this animal hospital.

I have been going to Town & Country for 35 years. I have always had great doctors and staff. I would not go any where else.
I was able to get an appointment next day when I called for my new puppy. Decent amount of parking. Waiting room is open with benches. Check in was fairly easy. Nurse assistants come out and talk to you to get the history and then take your dog back to the exam room. My dog was fairly scared so he carried her. The exam didn't take long.
