I was able to get an appointment next day when I called for my new puppy. Decent amount of parking. Waiting room is open with benches. Check in was fairly easy. Nurse assistants come out and talk to you to get the history and then take your dog back to the exam room. My dog was fairly scared so he carried her. The exam didn't take long. Dr. Barnett came out and spoke with me and she was so nice and friendly. She was thorough and was really easy to talk to. Pharmacy is right there as well so it's very convenient. Excellent animal hospital! Very nice employees and super helpful and kind veterinarians! They never make you feel badly for delays in getting your pet to the vet. They don't push vaccines, medications or procedures too much. I've had several other vets who were not as kind or understanding and just too abrupt and not kind to our pets, so we looked elsewhere. We are so happy we found Town & Country Animal Hospital!!

Dr. Hall has been taking care of my pets for 35 years. I wouldn't go to any other doctor with my loved ones. Dogs, cats, and, over the years, other critters including bunnies and a hamster. Dr. Hall knows right away what is ailing my pets when I bring them in. He has a sixth sense. The tests always confirm his gut instincts. He's just the best.

Just got our dog neutered and, as usual, Town & Country did a terrific job! Kept us updated and answered our questions. Very friendly and efficient. So happy we chose them!

This is the most wonderful animal hospital. I've owned dogs my whole life, and this is the best veterinarian experience I've ever had. The doctors don't pressure, shame, or offer unnecessary tests. They show compassion and offer valuable insight. The other staff members are friendly and helpful. I moved from Fairfax to Bethesda, but won't be changing vets because they are so wonderful. I've even gotten friends to switch over, even though they live further away. Thanks so much for taking care of my pup.

I have been very pleased with the care my dogs have gotten at T&C since 2012. If there is a problem, the doctors explain the situation and what procedures need to be taken.
