I've been with The Drs Hall and their staff for over 20 years (at both practices) and never have had to worry at all about the care or services, it's always personalized not matter how busy, even during the pandemic. Just recently had my youngest spayed, everything like clockwork and she's doing just fine, I'd recommend this Veterinarian practice to anyone in need of a change. Recently took my dog Lulu in for an emergency appointment because she had an ear infection. Scheduling was easy and I was able to get an appointment that same day I called. I saw the vet tech Seana who helped me get Lulu situated and took enough details to in turn share with Dr. Freeman. I've had several dogs in the past and frequent Town and Country Animal Hospital but never met Dr. Freeman as he was fairly new. I love my vet and having arrived in Fairfax there were two options that I was looking at: Pet Lovers (price) and the other was Town & Country (reputation). Bottom line, Town & Country has has met all of my expectations for great pet healthcare and reasonable prices as long as I keep an eye on things. Like many practices, the doctors may want to go all out on something that if given time will figure itself out. With my pet experience and budget, I am unafraid to "just say No". We have followed our vet from several different vet clinics and are so happy that she is at Town And Country Animal Hospital. We have had great care with our 2 cats. Prompt appts. when needed and very pleasant staff. Our younger cat just had her teeth cleaned and the care they gave our Patches was top notch. We would highly recommend this practice. Dr. Simpkins is the vet we highly recommend altho we have seen other vets when necessary and were very impressed with their professionalism.

I can not say enough about this place. We were clients of the Parkman Road office. When that vet retired we were sent to the sister office Town and Country. Our dog Tillie got into something and was acting lethargic etc. We got her an appointment with Dr. Martin and we are so glad we did. Dr. Martin and the staff were very thorough in finding out what was happening to our furry family member. The staff and doctor were very friendly and loving toward our Tillie. I took my dog here for the first time last week. I needed to schedule a neutering surgery and get his vaccines updated. Scheduling was easy. All staff were efficient and polite. My wait time for the vaccines and a check up was about 30 seconds even though the business seemed pretty busy...they managed it all very well. My daughter waited in the waiting room the whole time I was with my dog in the exam room and she said no one waited more than a minute and they had a pretty busy schedule.
