We've tried several vets in the area for our pets and we've felt Dr. B at Town & Country to be the best around. The staff are thorough, responsive, and truly animal lovers. While we no longer live close, we still bring our pets here because we know it's the best place for their care.
I have been bringing my dog to Animal Town & Country for four years and am continually impressed with the care and professionalism of the staff. I have a difficult dog who requires a muzzle and several sedatives to be treated safely, but the staff are always able to put me at ease. I would recommend them to anyone in the Northern VA area. Dr. Jessica Bussanich and her team were super impressive with my dog!
Friendly and knowledgeable care. We have 3 dogs and we are always needing something--from nail cutting to teeth cleaning and check ups--reasonable prices and fantastic staff.
I have always had the best care for my dogs and sometimes was able to email back-and-forth with the doctor instead of spending money and coming great place
Doctor Reed Hall has been the best! He is kind, patient, supportive & extremely responsive. He has been a huge support for me and my pup while we navigate scary health issues. All the front desk staff I've encountered have also been amazing, highly recommend this place!
Can't recommend more highly. We drive from Silver Spring since the service is so excellent, it is worth the trek. Professional and caring staff, clean and inviting facility, superior customer service. So impressed with the veterinarian. I received instructions as to our pet's condition and recommended procedures and care in easy to understand terms.
My dog is tough and they're very accommodating. Always able to talk with the vet ahead of time to walk through the visit and plan accordingly. Trustworthy
We love taking our 3 German Shepherds to town and Country!! They truly care about the well being of their customers and patients.
Courtney Katsur is one of the finest veterinarians I have ever dealt with (I have owned dogs for 61 years) over the years. Some were good; some were not; and a very few were absolutely fabulous. Courtney is definitely one of the latter. She aways exhibits professionalism, care, and concern for each of our three dogs. While the prices are high, and with the exception of the nails being trimmed for almost $40, I believe that given the services provided and the manner in which they are being provided, I am paying a fair price... read more
