Really wonderful and caring people. We drive half an hour to get here but it is worth it for peace of mind that we are getting great care for our cats.
I took Sophie this morning to Saguaro Vet Clinic for a checkup and rabies shot. It was recommended to me by a friend who takes her animals there, and despite living in Tempe, I made the drive for the vet. I am so glad I did. All of the office staff is extremely friendly and does a great job with the patients. This vet has become all about money. It used to be a great vet that cared about pets and people and now it's completely monetized- normal rationale thinking and care isn't in place anymore.

The only issue is that their schedule fills up and they are not open on the weekends. Still this is a good place for annual visits. Dr. Emerson is my go to. She is great!

I contacted you before noon - it was urgent - unfortunately I wasn't able to give you more notice. I told you I felt it was going to be necessary to put her down. The best thing for her would to have been to able to have that happen with a clinic I use to have confidence in and cared more than the average. I had an appointment for 7am the next morning I didn't want her to have to suffer a moment longer than she had too. I am writing a review on my way to the er with a French bulldog that has been seen by this clinic since she was a puppy - been taking dogs and cats to them since their dad in the corner of Lincoln and Scottsdale rd. - it is unfortunately the day I'm afraid I have to put my Frenchie down and they could not be bothered to add time to see her one last - Mike told the receptionist to tell to take her to the er - so disappointing . This is the worst vet clinic. They performed a surgery on our dog and gave us no post op advice after they took the sutures out. They mentioned she was "all good" and then her wound fully reopened later that day. We had to take to emergency vet since it was after hours. They did not care about their mistake and offered no reimbursement. Then, the doctor was laughing when she told us our dog had valley fever. Not good!
Im sure this clinic is all that the others experiences say. The experience i just had was the complete opposite. Never got to meet the vet. The front office was great about scheduling me a week from my first call for an appointment. I guess they're so busy. Was trusting these guys to help get my 7 month kitten back to health. Had ear mites from the house he was rescued from. Took my kitten in 3 times in 3 weeks to them. They said the ear mites turned into a yeast infection. 5 minute office visits for $50. Never offered blood work or anything. This "yeast infection" got to the point my kitten wouldn't play and wouldn't eat. 104 degree fever.
