We love this vet! It's a cozy little mom and pop place that is just adorable. Both doctors are very knowledgeable and don't try to trick you into buying extra services just to run up the tab. We previously went to banfield at petsmart because we didn't know any better and we always felt like we had our pockets turned inside out when we left there. Not this place. I have a puppy and this vet was conveniently located so I gave them a try for shots and a puppy check up. My first visit I had to wait 30 minutes before I was called back for the appointment. Second time the wait was 30 minutes again. The last and final time I sat in the lobby for 45 minutes. The receptionist never said a word to me or gave me any indication as to when I might be called back to see the vet. At the 45 minute mark I decided three strikes you're out and I walked out. I have to agree with Altheia ! The Vets are AWESOME !! They will talk take time to talk to you in the middle of the day if you have a question/concern, that is unheard of. But the front desk girls leave a LOT to the imagination in the way of Customer Service. Most of them are either in or act like or sound like they are in high school, they do not speak professionally or articulately at all, and it's frustrating, very frustrating. These reviews must be fake. Because when I showed up with my puppy who was I have to admit a almost on her death bed, they treated me horrible put the dog on the bench and just looked at her with a disturbed face, almost like get her out of here. But there I am trying to save my puppy's life. Spent about $400, ridiculous! Got treated horrible by the main vet. To only did I loose my puppy, also got a bad experience at this vet. i have other dogs... never again!

This place is around the corner from my house, so after reading all the positive reviews, I really wanted to bring my newly-rescued pup here. Unfortunately, I can't review the office itself because I can't seem to get anyone to take the time to schedule an appointment for me. Perhaps they have become too busy as a result of all the positive feedback here... In the past several weeks, I have called three separate times, on different days and at different points in the day. I've taken my dogs to see doctor Ketchmark twice and he seems like a really nice guy, but on both occasions I've had to wait more than half an hour despite having an appointment and the office staff seems rather disorganized.

LOVE Dr. Ketchmark. He is so kind and takes the time to answer all my dog poop questions... and my pup Emi doesn't even FLINCH when he gives her shots! He's pretty much the reason why we decided to bring our pup here for her puppy shots versus going to the humane society. on the other hand.... the front desk staff varies from sweet and kind to completely apathetic and unsmiley (i have no other words...). i haven't cared much for waiting for 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time.... but honestly wouldn't have minde... read more

I don't know if these positive reviews regarding this vet clinic are real - because our experience with the clinic were totally opposite. The staff was VERY rude - not just to us, but to other individuals checking their pets in and out. I would not recommend this vet clinic to anyone.
