I can't say enough great things about the staff and the care my dogs and I have received at saguaro vet hospital. I was referred by family when we were new to Scottsdale and they have lived up to all of the rave reviews. Josephina AKA Jo, has most recently had some cancerous tumors removed and has had a lot of unexpected things pop up. They have cared for her in the best possible way and she is on the mend. We are forever grateful!
First off, i want folks to know that yes you may have to wait in the lobby a few minutes after your scheduled appointment time but let me tell you its well worth it! These doc's and their staff are dedicated to the well being of your beloved pet. They will spend the necessary time needed to look at your pet and answer all of your questions, they will not just usher you in and out. My dog started to throw up 24 hours after being in a boarding facility. He was fine when he got home, then then next day could not hold down anything, water or food... The next day I called Saguaro Veterinary Clinic to see if I they could fit me in sometime in the afternoon after I got off work. They were able to squeeze in a 4:30pm appointment. They advised me that I would have to wait in my car when I got there in case my dog was contagious. They greeted me at 4:30pm, and at 5pm, they were able to have the Dr. see me.... read more
I have always had the best service here. We drive from Gilbert and have for 18 yrs. they have done all types of services on our animals. Eat clip on my boxer. Eat infections. Spay neuter c section for our boxer. I can't tell you how well they have taken care of our dogs and cats through the years. I pass a lot of vets to see them. They are caring and compassionate from birth to crossing the rainbow bridge. Thank you for caring for our pets.
I have been to many vets because I move a lot for work and this vet has been very good to me and my 2 dogs. They are honest and fair with pricing. I have had some bad experiences in the past and it is nice to finally find a vet I trust. I highly recommend.
I'm so lucky to have found honest, caring, friendly, pet loving, Vets. I've been to other vets in the past and you can tell they are there just to collect a check. This place my puppy has no problem walking into. They care, they follow up and call to see how your pet is doing. My puppy has a broken leg and they did not hesitate to take him in the same day. I have all 3 of my dogs at Saguaro Veterinary Clinic and have seen all the doctors in the practice and each one is very good. They are more than compassionate. One of my dogs has Epilepsy and had almost an hour long seizure; Thanks to Dr. Soltero for saving my pride and joy! best vets!
We feel so lucky to have found this amazing vet! All doctors we have seen have provided careful and compassionate service to both of our labs. We treat our dogs like most people treat their children and they took it equally as serious. The pricing is also completely reasonable. I cant say enough wonderful things about this place! The only thing they need to do is not change a thing!!!
Made a Yelp account just to review this Vet Clinic. I had had some issues with other vet clinics in the Valley (overcharging, incompetence, trying to scare you into over-testing), but Saguaro Veterinary Clinic is about as good as it gets. The staff and vets are friendly and knowledgeable. They honestly care about the animals who come to see them and advise you based on what is best for the animal - not what will cost the most.
