I've been coming here for 9 years. I'm writing this review now because a couple of times I've left w a bad experience. I never had this with Dr. Brown or the old techs. Now Im either being sold extra services or up charged pay close attention to the invoices. I have a stack of previous visits since I have to get my dogs blood work often. I had to point it out to an employee he said "they must of entered it differently I can change it". I have been with pet vet for years. And the quality of care is excellent. Dr. Kirsenbaum has been charlies dr. For quit sometime, with diabetes and blind. The care and joy I hear in her voice when we speak. I know my fur baby is in great hands.

If I could do ZERO, that is what I would do These people here are definitely not pets lovers they are MONEY lovers Dr didn't even looked at my dogs file and came up with different things that other doctor, HERE!, denied she has! Refused to give me my dog's chart and file, her vaccine card and as soon as I refused to accept the estimate and declined the treatment they all started to talk and act very rude. PLEASE DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS PLACE

DO NOT TAKE YOUR LOVED ONES HERE DR Brown is gone and so is care for animals. To the business owner, You dont know who your next customer is. This time it happened to be a pharmacist that knows a bit about medication therapy. To customers, I knew care was out the window when i saw the breakdown of the meds my doxie was supposed to get for tooth cleaning and/or extractions. Besides a $510 fee for cleaning which was needed, they wanted to charge for a pre screen at $285 on top of unnecessary meds. Penicillin is needed and it's... read more

Charged for meds we didn't receive. Buyer beware. Very dumpy place, should have known. Listen to your gut.

I have been going to the vet for 6 years. I have sent friends and family to the vet. It was purchased by new owners. The new owners are amazing, but the employment there is horrible. I took my dod in the passed 1 year for different reason and each time the new workers are rude or have an attitude. Once I took my poodle in for a teeth cleaning they charged me $300 that was not on the bill and gave me the hardest time I give me the money back. I have known Dr Kirzenbaum for about 12 years. She took care of my two cats. Fluffy, who had many medical conditions, an Bubbles. I would have not trusted my pets with anyone else. She is very knowledgeable, caring, and emphatic. She is very gentle with the animals. With Fluffy, she walked with me in a figurative sense since Fluffy developed cancer until the very end. I caution anyone who goes to this vet practice. This is a long review but I am so hurt over the broken trust I have for this practice that it still haunts me to this day. This was a vet i used to rave about to people and even stuck with them during their doctor changes. I always came to them and fully trusted them with everything regarding my pets (dogs and cat) but not anymore when they messed up in the worst way possible and oversaw the fact that my elderly cat had cancer. Avoid avoid avoid Prices went up by x10 Different ownership Treating dogs like lab rats Lying to elderly customers that their dogs needs extra stuff I was witness for it few times while I was in my car waiting for my pet.
