I've been coming to Pet Vet for several years with both my cats. And I've always had a good experience. Pre-covid the vet would come in for exams and talk to you about how your pet was doing. And during covid, they've been careful with the protocols. They will work with you regarding which tests they recommend and which are necessary and explain the reasons behind the tests. Sad to have to write this. I've been going here for dental work on my dog for years, but this time, she had a swollen belly and wasn't feeling well, so I made an appointment since they've always been great in the past. Not so this time. Like other recent reviewers, my experience was less than ideal. First, they kept me waiting 25 minutes after my appointment time just to take her in. Super good with "the boys", my 20 week-old kittens. Staff very professional, love their patients. Had the boys neutered, no issues afterwards. Always a follow up call to make sure they are good. Highly recommend.

What a fall from grace. Back when Dr. Brown was the vet here, this place was amazing. Ever since he retired, this facility has gone from okay to worse and worse and now it is honestly bordering malpractice. My dog has been coming here regularly for 13 years, and I feel like I can attest to how bad they've gotten. Aside from the new staff being rough with my senior, deaf, nearly blind, arthritic dog, the vets have prescribed him incorrect medication TWICE by being negligent of his preexisting conditions. HORRIBLE! After coming to Pet Vet for well over 30 years, I must say STAY AWAY from here. All of the wonderful veterinarians, Dr. Beeder, Dr. Brown etc. are no longer there and this practice has been sold to someone who clearly hates people and may even hate pets. The staff is incredibly rude. They refuse to allow you in with your pet. The Veterinarian never shows their face, only phones you if your lucky and the charges are obscene! We have been coming here for the last 5 years, since our pup was only 8 weeks old. Dr. Howard was amazing; not sure if it's the new vet/owner or covid, but I no longer recommend it here. Been sitting in the car under the hot sun with my very patient toddler for 1.5 hrs, to have a single vaccine completed. When I made the appointment I was told it would take 30 min tops.

Not sure what happened this was my vet for the past 5 yrs but it's gone way downhill since Dr. Brown left. This last visit was the worst, not like they care but we won't be back.
