What a fall from grace. Back when Dr. Brown was the vet here, this place was amazing. Ever since he retired, this facility has gone from okay to worse and worse and now it is honestly bordering malpractice. My dog has been coming here regularly for 13 years, and I feel like I can attest to how bad they've gotten. Aside from the new staff being rough with my senior, deaf, nearly blind, arthritic dog, the vets have prescribed him incorrect medication TWICE by being negligent of his preexisting conditions. HORRIBLE! After coming to Pet Vet for well over 30 years, I must say STAY AWAY from here. All of the wonderful veterinarians, Dr. Beeder, Dr. Brown etc. are no longer there and this practice has been sold to someone who clearly hates people and may even hate pets. The staff is incredibly rude. They refuse to allow you in with your pet. The Veterinarian never shows their face, only phones you if your lucky and the charges are obscene! We have been coming here for the last 5 years, since our pup was only 8 weeks old. Dr. Howard was amazing; not sure if it's the new vet/owner or covid, but I no longer recommend it here. Been sitting in the car under the hot sun with my very patient toddler for 1.5 hrs, to have a single vaccine completed. When I made the appointment I was told it would take 30 min tops.

Not sure what happened this was my vet for the past 5 yrs but it's gone way downhill since Dr. Brown left. This last visit was the worst, not like they care but we won't be back.

It is sad to see a once great veterinary office decline. I have brought my pets to this office for the past four years, but today was my last visit. If you have time for multiple and unnecessary trips to the vet, come here. Otherwise, find a place with an experienced office staff who are capable of keeping track of your pet's medical records and needs. I hope that anyone ready or having Yelp notice that when people review a place and complain look at the history because you have Karen's out there that only complain and never have a good thing to say. And you should not be allowed to use names of people that is so dangerous and how does one protect themselves from people who couldn't be happy no matter what and only want to say bad things just so they don't pay and get shit for free. If you don't yep correctly don't Yelp at all.

I have been bringing my adopted Shih-Tzu Poo, Rambo to PetVet for over 14 years. Whether it be yearly checkups, shots, fox tail removal,teeth cleaning, and the most recent diagnoses of bladder cancer, PetVet has always gone above and beyond to treat Rambo like their own. UPDATE: We received a call from someone pretending to be with Yelp threatening us with legal action over our review of Pet Vet! After speaking with him briefly, he clearly did not actually work with Yelp and so presumably is in some way connected to Pet Vet who GAVE HIM OUR PERSONAL INFORMATION! It's important to add that we have since found another vet who immediately diagnosed our cat correctly with cancer from a quick physical examination.
