Great experience. Brought our pup in, they were able to see us almost immediately. Service was really good, doc explained all and gave us the options of what we wanted to do. Needless to say, pour pup is on her way back to full health!

After repeated visits over the years to the VCA clinics. I recently took my dog to Pet Vet. My dog and I literally had the best vet experience we have ever had. We were seen in a very timely manner, so my dog had almost zero anxiety shivers. I was able to witness the staff and Dr. that were knowledgeable, super sweet and genuinely cared about the wellbeing of the animals there. I needed vaccines and an exam for my dog. I called two days ago and after being put on hold for a while a receptionist named Mariana told me she could send me an estimate by 4:00pm (I called at 10am) I checked my email at 5:00pm and noticed I had not received anything so I called again. We've been taking our dogs to Pet Vet for the past 20 years since it was Dr. Brown's practice. I now see Dr. Kirszenbaum and am very happy. She is very thorough and always listens to your concerns. She does not try and upsell anything! You receive an estimate of what was discussed and you are not pressured in any way to accept the services, it's completely your decision to make. Another place that try to take your money in any way they can! Stay away I call to make sure I don't need blood work to renew my dog allergy medication that he takes on and off in the past year They said no! Thank you Dr. Kirszenbaum for getting Wonton through his ordeal with pneumonia these past 5 weeks. I thought I was going to lose my baby during his battle with pneumonia but you did great in treating him. I have my silly, playful baby boy back with his ever big appetite. The sleepless nights were tough when he was coughing a lot but my baby fought it through with your amazing treatment. Thank you Doc and your entire team for taking care of my baby. I have been going to this vet for about three years now. Two year ago my cat was diagnosed with diabetes and ever since then the people have taken incredible care of my cat. Everyone from their receptionist to the vet techs to my doctor are so friendly and compassionate. They want the same things any pet parent would want, to make sure that our animals are happy and healthy. And with fair pricing and quality advice what more could you ask.

Currently here with my baby she's under surgery at the moment. All 5 of my moms dogs have been coming here the last few years. The staff is always an absolute delight. Highly recommend this place.
