Horrible Service. I called for the first time and I was put on hold for 5 mins. I called again and lady was really rude and decided to place me a hold again. Not interested in taking my puppy there with that service.
I want to share my experience with Pet Vet. Took our cat for a minor issue. We asked for a minimum treatment We told them we do not want all the recommended tests. As you know that where the $$ is. They said that the cat need her teeth cleaned we said NO!! We repeated that we only want the basics!! THE TOTAL BILL WAS $1100!!!!!! We were charged $450 alone for cleaning the teeth. My cat needed dental care and they were able to get it done the same day. Marianna and Migel were both very nice. I recommend this hospital for all your pet care
I was really disappointed in care today. I understand emergencies happen but I was hoping to try this place out because of their reviews, but wasted a whole day's time coming here. I arrive at 11:50am on a sunday to bring in my dog for a possible ear infection. The front desk gave us an option for a "drop off" because they were really behind with a couple of cases. Overall the staff at this location are wonderful! They're not only wonderfully trained but they're also patient with owners and gentle with their pets! Miguel was the one who helped me when I took my cat to this animal hospital and he was an angel the whole time!! Miguel told me what was wrong with my cat, talked to me about how the process would go and kept me well informed before and after the procedure and walked me through the medication! Great Service!! My chi had a tumor and needed a removal, I Had the pleasure of having the most kindest providers! They gave trustworthy and honest advice to help care for my chi! They even advised me on ways to help pay for pet care.Wont find any honest professional anywhere else! I was attended by Dr.Ram , Miguel and the helpful front desk lady Marianna!
Staff is wonderful and very helpful very friendly atmosphere. Definitely recommend bringing your animal here. Definitely will be bringing my dog back here if I need to.
100% recommend this clinic the staff was amazing I was helped by Dr. Ram Miguel and Marianna. They reassured me that my dog was safe and treated him kindly. My dog had eaten an earring and they guided me on how to proceed what kinds of foods he should eat and sure enough it passed thanks to their advice!!
Marianna is the best ever! She is extremely knowledgeable and super caring! I have trusted her and Pet Vet for years. The prices are reasonable. If you need a great vet please go to Pet Vet Mariana will help you!
