Petvet, when you say your clinic closes at 6 pm, please be there until 6 pm. I am supposed to pickup meds today for my friend's fur baby. I was there at 5:50 pm and yet the business was already closed. Please be mindful of people's schedules. You were told someone will be picking up the meds. You should have at least called and informed us that you are closing early. Marianna, where are you? We need you back.
Horrible place! Made an appointment for my 14 year-old German Shepherd and because I was 15 minutes late the office manager told me to get out. I explained that it is 120 pound dog that has nerve damage and is not able to walk so it's very difficult to put him in and out of the car and he needed to be seen urgently. She said because you're late for your appointment. You cannot be here we have other patients. She made me put this old dog back in the car and didn't even schedule me another appointment. I just love this cute little vetrinary hospital! It is just down the street from where I live, so very convenient location, and they are open 7 days a week so we never have a problem getting an appointment when we need one. The doctors and staff are all so nice and they LOVE my cats :)...well at least they love Coco! She is the sweet one ;) LOL. I took my dog there when he got ill and they were absolutely amazing! Marianna, the receptionist there was so informative and professional and sweet! I recommend this vet hospital to anybody who loves their dogs they are treated with love and respect over those very expensive posh vets where your just treated as a number!!!
Horrible Service. I called for the first time and I was put on hold for 5 mins. I called again and lady was really rude and decided to place me a hold again. Not interested in taking my puppy there with that service.
I want to share my experience with Pet Vet. Took our cat for a minor issue. We asked for a minimum treatment We told them we do not want all the recommended tests. As you know that where the $$ is. They said that the cat need her teeth cleaned we said NO!! We repeated that we only want the basics!! THE TOTAL BILL WAS $1100!!!!!! We were charged $450 alone for cleaning the teeth. My cat needed dental care and they were able to get it done the same day. Marianna and Migel were both very nice. I recommend this hospital for all your pet care
I was really disappointed in care today. I understand emergencies happen but I was hoping to try this place out because of their reviews, but wasted a whole day's time coming here. I arrive at 11:50am on a sunday to bring in my dog for a possible ear infection. The front desk gave us an option for a "drop off" because they were really behind with a couple of cases.
