I have been bringing my K9 & feline Family members (8 dogs & 7 cats over the years) to Pet Vet for the better part of three decades. In the early days it was Dr. Brown & Dr. Beeder, and in recent years we have been so fortunate that our animals have been under the expert care of the amazing Dr. Kirszenbaum (Dr. K). I just love this cute little vetrinary hospital! It is just down the street from where I live, so very convenient location, and they are open 7 days a week so we never have a problem getting an appointment when we need one. The doctors and staff are all so nice and they LOVE my cats :)...well at least they love Coco! She is the sweet one ;) LOL. I took my dog there when he got ill and they were absolutely amazing! Marianna, the receptionist there was so informative and professional and sweet! I recommend this vet hospital to anybody who loves their dogs they are treated with love and respect over those very expensive posh vets where your just treated as a number!!!
Horrible Service. I called for the first time and I was put on hold for 5 mins. I called again and lady was really rude and decided to place me a hold again. Not interested in taking my puppy there with that service.
I want to share my experience with Pet Vet. Took our cat for a minor issue. We asked for a minimum treatment We told them we do not want all the recommended tests. As you know that where the $$ is. They said that the cat need her teeth cleaned we said NO!! We repeated that we only want the basics!! THE TOTAL BILL WAS $1100!!!!!! We were charged $450 alone for cleaning the teeth. My cat needed dental care and they were able to get it done the same day. Marianna and Migel were both very nice. I recommend this hospital for all your pet care
I was really disappointed in care today. I understand emergencies happen but I was hoping to try this place out because of their reviews, but wasted a whole day's time coming here. I arrive at 11:50am on a sunday to bring in my dog for a possible ear infection. The front desk gave us an option for a "drop off" because they were really behind with a couple of cases. Overall the staff at this location are wonderful! They're not only wonderfully trained but they're also patient with owners and gentle with their pets! Miguel was the one who helped me when I took my cat to this animal hospital and he was an angel the whole time!! Miguel told me what was wrong with my cat, talked to me about how the process would go and kept me well informed before and after the procedure and walked me through the medication! Great Service!! My chi had a tumor and needed a removal, I Had the pleasure of having the most kindest providers! They gave trustworthy and honest advice to help care for my chi! They even advised me on ways to help pay for pet care.Wont find any honest professional anywhere else! I was attended by Dr.Ram , Miguel and the helpful front desk lady Marianna!
