We have entrusted this vet with the care of our animals for 16 years. The owner, Dr. Bekah Byrd, has a knack for hiring competent, caring staff and associate vets. I feel comfortable with everyone there. The business uses EMRs for our pets so we can have access to their records at any time. Emails get sent to remind us of routine procedures. After shopping around for various vets that could handle my high anxiety dog, I found the doctors and staff at Northern Oaks. I've had vets tell me that my dog needs to be sedated to cut her nails!! The staff has a gentle way with animals and while my dog still puts up a fight, she always gets her nails trimmed--no sedation needed. I always get a phone call from them to check up after a visit with the doctor and they seem to really care about and love all kinds of animals with all kinds of issues.
