I have been bringing my dog to Northern Oaks for about two years now. I am very pleased with the amount of care he recieves when i bring him in. All of the assistants and receptionists are so happy to see him. Whenever i have a concern or question, all three of the doctors are quick to reassure me in whatever the situation may be. The staff and doctors are thorough, competent, and extremely caring. The concern they show for my pet and my family is extraordinary. It is also very clean and never has an animal odor. They always have pets for adoption that have been fixed and vaccinated. The doctors have stayed after hours before to treat my dog and I know we are always in the best of hands. After reading a few of the reviews I felt I was obligated to voice my own opinion on this clinic. I have been in there many times with my dogs and cat. The front staff is always very sweet and friendly. The techs were very caring and gentle with my pets, I've never felt they were unqualified. The prices are the usual for any vet clinic in town; unless your talking about the low cost clinics or shelter programs. I did my own price shopping before choosing this clinic. Dr. Vargas at my service. I found her (and her assistant) to be very thorough and friendly. I consider they went beyound their duties, and I'm happy about that. I am from Oklahoma and it was my first visit to their hospital. My dog, Yuki, was at ease with them and her problems are very rapidly becoming "past" tense.
