I took my bird in. Conveniently, They had an appointment for emergency and for non emergency available. The vet and the vet assistant were very patient and communicative. Couldn't have been better.

I recently moved to SA and was recommended to Northern Oaks Bird Animal Hospital by TWO of my coworkers. I cannot thank the entire staff enough for the care that was given to my sweet pupper, Reyna. Reyna is my 10 year old boxer and up until this month, she had never experienced any health issues. Excellent staff! I feel we get the best care for our bird here. Dr Byrd is the best!! And I appreciate their social distancing measures to keep me healthy. Thank you for being so wonderful.

Love the mural on the wall. Dr. Byrd sees my dogs and my birds. Won't go anywhere else.

Excellent professional pet care. Couldn't ask for better care for my cats. Took one of my cats in as an urgent care situation. The staff took us in right away and did the preliminary workup immediately. Everything was explained to me and more importantly my cat was calm allowing necessary procedures to be preformed. Great care..

My sweet dog with anxiety issues has been going to Dr Byrd since I adopted her two years ago. I drive 50 miles just so she can receive the best care by the vet I trust the most. Dr Byrd and her staff treat my baby like family. It's nice to know she is in kind capable hands. Try them and I am sure you and your pet will be pleased.

Horrible place, first of all they will try to take every dollar they can out of you. The last time I came in they gave my dog the wrong medication and had to force him to throw it up. I had to leave my dog there all day so they could monitor him because they overdosed him on the wrong medication... They were very inconsiderate, and did not even seem to be worried or apologetic for their mistake. I will NEVER bring my dog back here. Very unprofessional and horrible customer service.

Everyone is friendly here, very clean facility. A little shady with communication. There is a lot of hidden fees, I would and will ask for print outs ahead of time. There's nothing more annoying then expecting to pay a particular amount you were told and then the amount doubles or quadruples and you don't find out till it's time to leave! Luckily this isn't my primary vet I've never had these issues with other vets before. Just be careful when you're asking for prices.
