I wish I could give more stars as Dr. Chalberg & the techs are awesome!!!! However, my experience with the front desk's lack of empathy when I called up during an emergency situation, made me realize I should look for another practice.
The staff at MB Vet truly care, and it shows. I recently took one of my dogs in for an annual, then the other for an urgent appointment due to his hip being out of place. The time they took (and the care they gave) was the same for both. We never felt rushed, and we were able to ask questions and get thoughtful answers and recommendations.
Absolutely WONDERFUL! Everyone at Muddy Branch Vet Center was caring and kind - the receptionist, the vet tech PJ, and the amazing Dr. Owens. This was the first time that we've used their services, and they were able to get our cat, Tux, an appointment for the very next day. After Tux's brother, Coco, passed away in January, we were very nervous to try yet another vet. All of the previous vets that we took Coco to were terrible. Everyone at Muddy Branch is professional and very friendly. We have been coming here for over 20 years and have always been pleased with the care we have received.
Staff and Dr. Corrigan are awesome! Friendly and knowledgeable. Staff explained step by step what they were doing and me and my pup feel comfortable and welcomed.
Dr Katz and I go back a long way. He is an excellent Vet and deeply cares about taking good care of all animals.
We always experience an amazing visit at the clinic and our pup always leaves happy instead of upset. Thank you so much for all you guys do and for always loving our little Chewie!
this is my first time having cats so I was nervous since cats don't always do good at the vets office, but my girls loved everyone there! And everyone is so friendly and they were so good with my cats. We have definitely found our vet.
My mom and I have been bringing our furry family members to Muddy Branch for close to two decades.
