RecommendedI highly recommend this clinic! Even though I have been going there for years. I recently had foster later adopted dog that was underweight and had a strange limp. The staff at Muddy Branch immediately took action and set up the dog not only to survive but to thrive! They were patient with all her trauma, building her confidence to a dog that can handle treatment and accept treats in the office. Great care for our cat. Excellent, friendly vet techs. Easy appointments and curbside during Covid. Reminders (and coupons!) for meds.
Today was my first time at Muddy Branch and I found the staff very pleasant and helpful, The Dr. took her time to come outside (Covid!) to explain how the appointment went, the results, her feeling about my dog, and to answer any questions that I had. She took her time, I did not feel rushed and she answered all of my questions. I will definitely go back.
We have 2 dogs. One of them is super anxious and nervous. Dr Katz and his staff were able to provide a solution for a stress-free annual vet visit. THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts (my crazy anxious doggy as well as her human parents).
