Wonderful experience! Staff was great. Doctor was great. Care was great. What else could you ask for? Appointment was on time with no waiting. I was included in on the decision making process for my pet's treatment options. This was better than going to the doctor's office for my own appointment!

Dr. Henry and the entire staff were very welcoming and did a great job especially since it was my puppy's first visit. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful, as always! Except there is confusion about who my dog, Abby, is. This happens often. They have several Hardisty's so when I bring Abby in she is confused with a cat. It eventually get sorted out. Other than that, it was awesome as always. Dr. Henry is a caring person. Abby loves her.
Dr. Dixon was outstanding; I would go to see her anytime. She was very responsive to my pet and very helpful overall. One of the two women at the front desk (she wore her hair back in a ponytail)was also very friendly and helpful. The overall feeling, however, was that there was a great deal of stress among the staff. I did not see employees who were happy to be there or eager to go out of...
It was an excellent first visit. Everyone was pleasant and very professional.
