We have been coming to HP Animal Hospital for fourteen years and through all these years they have been so wonderful. They truly care for the animals and treat them as part of the family. I have brought both my dog and cat here. The ladies at the front have always been so sweet. I was extremely worried about my dog the first time I came in...and the lady who talked to me on the phone could definitely sense that, she was so calming and sweet and told me she could get him in that day. The vet who assessed my dog found a heart murmur within the first 10 minutes..my dog is 8 years old and no one has taken there time to actually do that thorough of a physical exam/auscultation.. or found his murmur. Dr. Vandermeer did my dogs TPLO surgery and I was very impressed! The team was amazing throughout my dogs entire recovery process and she is doing better than ever! All of the doctors and staff are incredble! I wouldn't imagine going any where else.
We had a great experience at Highland Park Animal Hospital. Dr. Amanda Henry and her Vet Tech Julian treated our little lion cub with such love and care. It was our first visit and the front desk staff was helpful, friendly and they even had a peaceful and calm kitty waiting room where we could wait with our little guy. I highly recommend them. They treat their clients and their fur babies like family.
I can’t say enough great things about HPAH! Drs. Vandermeer, Henry, Wright, and their incredible staff have always surpassed my expectations of wonderful care. My experience includes everything from a pup requiring extensive and lengthy care regarding a badly-broken leg to vetting multiple foster pups. I could go on and on, but I will never go anywhere else. Absolutely fabulous!
Doctor Henry has always helped us even when on a budget she does what is only necessary.
We are new clients of Dr. Gretchen Wright. This silly photo of Molly, my registered therapy dog, was taken for fun right before she began chemo for lymphoma and began to lose her hair. I am very pleased with the TLC and support at Highland Park Animal Hospital while she receives treatment from her oncologist at the Animal Diagnostic Clinic.
Five stars for doctor Henry! She's great with my dog and so patient with my cat who hates the vet.
