Lovely! I adopted a new rescue kitten who had a little bug issue. They were able to see me the same day I called and sent me home with medicine samples and a food sample. Everyone was nice and helpful and the pricing was reasonable. Could not ask for more! Peppa says...meow thanks meow.

I recently began to take all of my animals here and really love it. They take the time to explain all the treatments and exams and really care about the animals.

Great service from the front office all the way to the back with the doctor. They were up front with us on prices for today's visit and on other future vaccines for our pet.

Update August 2016 Today is my third visit, my 2 dogs were new patients of Dr. Houghton in June 2016. Since our first visit which was totally fine and clinically proficient I have become more impressed. I am a tough customer and it's hard for me offer a 5 star review unless it's truly a 5 star experience but I am offering it here for shear willingness on the Drs part and staffs for listening to feedback and being willing to implement suggestions (plus of course their clinical expertise). We have only been once, and this is now our vet. Dr. Houghton's compassion for both his patients and their people made a lasting impression on us. This is someone I would trust with my animals, which is probably the nicest thing I could say about someone.

These people wanted to put my 51/2 year old frenchie under anesthesia which was costly just to remove a split nail Hambright is Money hungry and always want to slow to diagnose causing you to get coming back and get charged Over and Over again!!!! And as for the Nail I took my fur baby to another Clinic and the simply were able to remove the already cracked nail, clean the area and sent me home with the COST BEING 1/3 of what Hambright Wanted!!!!! Beware these people only want YOUR MONEY

Terrible staff who will throw you under the table. Was never given a complete understanding of what may have been wrong with my cat several months ago which led to her suffereing from hyperthyroidism. NO communication, just pointing fingers back at you and not taking responsibility for giving a thorough explanation of what may be going on. Not going into all of it since its a big waste of my time but I will say this place treats its clients like they are just a ticket in their bank account.

I just went in to get my cat dewormer and they tried to force a rabies shot on my indoor-only cat without asking me first. When I said no, they kept pushing until I had to get my mom on the phone to stand up to them. Only then did they agree to let me sign a waiver, but not without making us feel pressured and uncomfortable. They also charged me $220 for just a checkup and some dewormer, and didn't even give me a real receipt--just a generic report. Title: Disappointed by Lack of Care and Due Diligence I brought my cat multiple times over several months to Hambright Animal Hospital expecting professional care, but unfortunately, I was deeply disappointed. Several vets failed to conduct thorough exams, did not perform basic tests only suggesting I go to an internal center to resolve my cats upper respiratory infection.
