I'm new to the area and we just got a puppy. We took our puppy to this place for his first exam. WE WILL NOT BE BACK. Below are the reasons why 1. I asked a question about crate training and the vet told me we will give you an information packet regarding crate training. I get home to look in the "packet" and it's a print out from a website (www.veterinarypartner.com)....ummm, I have a little thing called the internet at my house and I could have downloaded this information for free. I took my stressed cat here; waited 45 minutes and never saw a vet. Then the tech takes my stressed cat to another room to take blood. I knew that wasn't going to happen! Epic fail! Maybe have more staffing on Saturday. I left with no assistance and no relief for my cat...please be considerate of people's time and their cats behavior!

Today was our first appointment at this place and Dr. Houghton was a pleasure to talk to. I was very happy that they were ready for us at our appointment time, unlike Highlands Pet Hospital, where we recently transferred from, and had to wait inside the examination room for 20 min on an average before someone made time for us. Also, their examination rooms have windows and are larger, unlike the claustrophobic ones at most other vets.
