Absolutely love this place I'm in literal tears of appreciation i brought my really sick kitten here and i truly believed she wouldn't make it past another day but they took care of her right away and is now home recovering and i am very thankful for this place also very close to home and affordable

As someone with 2 very very busy dogs I was so incredibly pleased to find this gem! My Belgian Malinois was suddenly not behaving like his normal self. He had not eaten in 3 days and was incredibly lethargic so I called for a last minute appt! They squeezed us in and were very gracious. They were so gentle and very understanding of how to Treat this particular breed. I never felt rushed to agree to expensive tests. These folks are AMAZING and we plan to continue to receive vet services with them!
Having lived in the Charlotte area just 2 days prior to my dog getting very sick I was instantly in a panic to find a local vet to figure out what was wrong with my dog. Luckily I found Hambright animal hospital. You would think I had been going to see them for my dogs entire life. We were fit in the same day I called. I've tried a few vets in Huntersville and Cornelius. After our favorite vet left and moved out of state, we gave Hambright a try. They have wonderful, caring vets that are very knowledgeable and if they don't have the answer, they'll refer you to a specialist rather than trying to handle it themselves. I appreciate their honesty in those cases. They always work you in to their schedule if your pet needs to be seem that day but isn't an emergency case. I can't say enough good things about them.
Excellent vet practice. Have followed Dr Houghton from another practice. They continue to grow and it's because of their service.
We had an appointment at Hambright this week for our cat who has a tumor. The facility, staff, and level of treatment is much better than the vet we visited in Charlotte. When the tumor was too dense to take a sample, Dr. Osborne was very communicative and laid out our options moving forward. She spent so much time working with us that it was obvious she had real concern for the health of our pet. Local Yelpers seeking for a Vet, look no further. This is place!! Just recently moved to charlotte from Long Island, and was very nervous about seeing a new vet. Sure enough, found this place through yelp, called and scheduled an apt., the lady on the phone was very detailed, helpful, and very friendly. The staff at Hambright is incredibly professional and compassionate. They do what is best for your pet. They treat your pet like a loving part of their family. I've experienced the death of a pet at Hambright and they made my dog's transition a touching and heartfelt process. I have also brought my new rescue to them and they welcomed our new pet while knowing we were still mourning our previous dog.
