This Hospital gets 10 stars. First impression was the best impression. I will use no other hospital. I have an elderly Chow who is aggressive towards strangers. I have always done a sedate to groom but not today. They were able to groom my baby with him awake. He was a challenge but they were super patience and nice to him. He looks perfect! I can't thank them enough for their help. Their prices are reasonable as well from the exam to the shots to the groomer. A+ service.

Very impressed with the care and kindness of the staff. Dr. John Houghton was very patient, kind, and sincere. If he were a "people doctor" I would go to him. This hospital is the best we've taken our black lab to. Recommended. Jeff

This place is awesome! I am from out of town and I was extremely nervous about letting my dog go to anyone. We went to get his shots updated and they took me on a tour of the facility, as well as scheduled me a same day appointment with the doctor after some medical concerns arose with my dog. They provided me with great feedback and my dog seemed very please. One thing that I absolutely love about this vet is they do not have cats walking around freely. Met with Dr. Osborne today, and was super impressed. Will definitely be using this hospital going forward. The whole staff is amazing, and the hospital is super clean!

Lovely! I adopted a new rescue kitten who had a little bug issue. They were able to see me the same day I called and sent me home with medicine samples and a food sample. Everyone was nice and helpful and the pricing was reasonable. Could not ask for more! Peppa says...meow thanks meow.

Update August 2016 Today is my third visit, my 2 dogs were new patients of Dr. Houghton in June 2016. Since our first visit which was totally fine and clinically proficient I have become more impressed. I am a tough customer and it's hard for me offer a 5 star review unless it's truly a 5 star experience but I am offering it here for shear willingness on the Drs part and staffs for listening to feedback and being willing to implement suggestions (plus of course their clinical expertise). We have only been once, and this is now our vet. Dr. Houghton's compassion for both his patients and their people made a lasting impression on us. This is someone I would trust with my animals, which is probably the nicest thing I could say about someone.

Terrible staff who will throw you under the table. Was never given a complete understanding of what may have been wrong with my cat several months ago which led to her suffereing from hyperthyroidism. NO communication, just pointing fingers back at you and not taking responsibility for giving a thorough explanation of what may be going on. Not going into all of it since its a big waste of my time but I will say this place treats its clients like they are just a ticket in their bank account.

I just went in to get my cat dewormer and they tried to force a rabies shot on my indoor-only cat without asking me first. When I said no, they kept pushing until I had to get my mom on the phone to stand up to them. Only then did they agree to let me sign a waiver, but not without making us feel pressured and uncomfortable. They also charged me $220 for just a checkup and some dewormer, and didn't even give me a real receipt--just a generic report.
