All they want is a dollar. Your pet is 2nd concern. Never in my life have I called a vet to be told "while I'm telling them what she needs" We require a deposit for an exam. That right there SCREAMS to me this place is a money racquet. Never been there and sure won't be taking our 10yr old baby here. On top of that the vet gets online and plays victim.

IF YOU LOVE YOUR PET- DO NOT COME HERE! IF YOUR FOOLISH ENOUGH TO IGNORE ME, AT LEAST SKIP THE BIVALENT INFLUENZA VACCINE. They take your dog from you and leave you in your car for HOURS. They communicate with you via text. And send documents for your review to your phone that are too small for you to read. If you call them while you're waiting and ask about the vaccines, they reply with a hysterical tone and tell you your dog won't be able to be groomed or boarded without this vaccine. Which is a lie! They are afraid of pe... read more

We recently moved to Huntersville and wanted to find a new vet that was closer to our house. Our first experience with one dog was fine, they requested records and did a thorough exam. My other dog though, they didn't request records and when we got there they said because they didn't have records they had to give him a rabies vaccine by law. I told them it was up to date, showed them his rabies tag for his collar, and gave them the vet office info that he got the vaccine at. I said I was confused as to why you would give a ... read more

Danielle has to be one of the rudest people I've had the displeasure of talking to. Every time I call this office i get an attitude. You need to get rid of her

Had my dog stay here overnight boarding and I also go here for my two pets for vet check up. The staff is very friendly and I believe they took good care of my animals! The boarding is pretty average price, around $40 a night. I thought some of the pricing was a little high for shots and visits, but they do offer a discount if it's your first time. However, you can only use one coupon. The location is also very convenient to most areas and the building is beautiful!

We started going there with our dog who we had to put down. The vet we saw was very caring and very sympathetic so we continued to go there once we got our new puppy. The first issue we had was requesting to see different vets. I wanted to meet them all to see who I felt more comfortable with since we were starting out new, but it was like pulling teeth to have them make a appointment with a different vet. Getting appointments has been a struggle, wait times can be excessive, and the costs are extremely high. Today was t... read more

I'm new to the area and we just got a puppy. We took our puppy to this place for his first exam. WE WILL NOT BE BACK. Below are the reasons why 1. I asked a question about crate training and the vet told me we will give you an information packet regarding crate training. I get home to look in the "packet" and it's a print out from a website (www.veterinarypartner.com)....ummm, I have a little thing called the internet at my house and I could have downloaded this information for free. I really needed some advise from a v... read more

I took my stressed cat here; waited 45 minutes and never saw a vet. Then the tech takes my stressed cat to another room to take blood. I knew that wasn't going to happen! Epic fail! Maybe have more staffing on Saturday. I left with no assistance and no relief for my cat...please be considerate of people's time and their cats behavior!

Today was our first appointment at this place and Dr. Houghton was a pleasure to talk to. I was very happy that they were ready for us at our appointment time, unlike Highlands Pet Hospital, where we recently transferred from, and had to wait inside the examination room for 20 min on an average before someone made time for us. Also, their examination rooms have windows and are larger, unlike the claustrophobic ones at most other vets. While we were there, our dog was a lot more relaxed than she used to be at the previous ve... read more
