These people wanted to put my 51/2 year old frenchie under anesthesia which was costly just to remove a split nail Hambright is Money hungry and always want to slow to diagnose causing you to get coming back and get charged Over and Over again!!!! And as for the Nail I took my fur baby to another Clinic and the simply were able to remove the already cracked nail, clean the area and sent me home with the COST BEING 1/3 of what Hambright Wanted!!!!! Beware these people only want YOUR MONEY

Terrible staff who will throw you under the table. Was never given a complete understanding of what may have been wrong with my cat several months ago which led to her suffereing from hyperthyroidism. NO communication, just pointing fingers back at you and not taking responsibility for giving a thorough explanation of what may be going on. Not going into all of it since its a big waste of my time but I will say this place treats its clients like they are just a ticket in their bank account.

I just went in to get my cat dewormer and they tried to force a rabies shot on my indoor-only cat without asking me first. When I said no, they kept pushing until I had to get my mom on the phone to stand up to them. Only then did they agree to let me sign a waiver, but not without making us feel pressured and uncomfortable. They also charged me $220 for just a checkup and some dewormer, and didn't even give me a real receipt--just a generic report. I had to ask for an itemized breakdown after the fact, which should've been... read more

Title: Disappointed by Lack of Care and Due Diligence I brought my cat multiple times over several months to Hambright Animal Hospital expecting professional care, but unfortunately, I was deeply disappointed. Several vets failed to conduct thorough exams, did not perform basic tests only suggesting I go to an internal center to resolve my cats upper respiratory infection. In addition they provided only minimal treatment. Instead of investigating my cat's condition properly, they essentially gave up on her. As a pet owner,... read more

This is a wonderful place for my dog Winston. I've been twice so far and our experience has been wonderful. Except for today when I walked in to pick up Winston's medication. The of of the lady's at the front desk (long salt and pepper hair) was standing in the middle of the front desk looked at me twice and did not great me, did not say hello while looking at me and TURN HER BACK on me while I was standing there waiting to be greeted and helped. Brittany who was to her far right greeted me and stated "she's hasn't clocked i... read more

We took our dog in for a possible urinary tract issue. The vet seemed knowledgeable and prescribed an antibiotic and several tests. $400 The vet called with preliminary results and said he'd contact me with final results. He didn't They also are expensive and seem to want to sell many tests We use Chewy for prescriptions and have never had an issue with having other vets approve. Hambright wanted to have us come in for an exam (Another $$$). She had been in just a few weeks ago Moving on....

I've been to Hambright twice in the past 6 month to the tune of $1100. In my opinion they overcharge for service and recommend services that are not necessary. I had my dog's teeth cleaned early 2022 at a different vet in another state and the Hambright vet said she wanted to do it again 6 months later for $1400. Also, they do not call you with test results. We have called twice in over a week and have not received test results.

All they want is a dollar. Your pet is 2nd concern. Never in my life have I called a vet to be told "while I'm telling them what she needs" We require a deposit for an exam. That right there SCREAMS to me this place is a money racquet. Never been there and sure won't be taking our 10yr old baby here. On top of that the vet gets online and plays victim.

IF YOU LOVE YOUR PET- DO NOT COME HERE! IF YOUR FOOLISH ENOUGH TO IGNORE ME, AT LEAST SKIP THE BIVALENT INFLUENZA VACCINE. They take your dog from you and leave you in your car for HOURS. They communicate with you via text. And send documents for your review to your phone that are too small for you to read. If you call them while you're waiting and ask about the vaccines, they reply with a hysterical tone and tell you your dog won't be able to be groomed or boarded without this vaccine. Which is a lie! They are afraid of pe... read more
