My dog was experiencing hemorrhagic gastroenteritis and this place refused to see my dog. Refused to work with my emergency fund even after talking to them and then the person on phone became belligerent and told my daughter who was waiting in parking lot that they refused to see my dog and to take him somewhere else. I highly recommend you take your animals to another facility that actually cares for animals and their owners.

I would leave no stars if I could. DO NOT BRING YOUR ANIMALS HERE!!! Our dog ( small Chihuahua) was attacked by an owl or some bird in the night and my husband brought her here asap because of how much she was bleeding. First off, he was there for over 2 hours and they weren't telling him much. They were only writing up estimates and talking about costs. I facetimed the vet since I was out of town and he kept calling our little girl a boy, then proceeded to tell us the best option is to do Emergency surgery and cut her open ... read more

This is the worst vet ER I have ever been to my 13 year old dog was dying and we knew we had to put him to sleep. When we got there they wouldn't touch my dog until I finished filling out paperwork they let my dog suffer and then when they finally got him in they called about the price and I had to go to my house to get the total amount and the lady on the phone was bashing me telling me I was a horrible person for letting my dog suffer because I had to go back to the house to pay there outrageous amount They only care about... read more

We raise French Bulldogs and know they have a number of problematic issues and have always been more than happy with the professionalism and result we have experienced with these offices and our experiences there. But our recent situation took place at the Fort Worth Animal Emergency Hospital. Upon arriving I called the office number to announce we were on the parking lot. I was asked if I had called ahead and filled out the proper documentation for the visit. Because of the situation with the dog we didn't make time to ... read more

The care here is very good but beware they are all about money! I honestly do not know how the average person can afford this . We had an emergency situation and while we were on our way they called 4 times for payment and requested emails doc u signed before seeing us. After we were there there were 4 more calls.... all about money . They had our credit card on file and having been there Before knew the the high end of their estimate would definitely be surpassed. Again satisfied with the care but their practice of handling... read more

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE UNLESS YOU ARE IN A LIFE & DEATH situation! I brought my 3 year old border collie in around 8:30pm for a small laceration on his right hind foot - not the pad but the top of the foot. A technician took my dog to the back for about 30 minutes (exceedingly long for the nature of the wound) only to have the tech come back with a $685 estimate to repair! I asked to speak with the Vet, who I discovered was a fellow Aggie. After another 30 minute wait (and I'm the only one in the clinic), the vet came... read more

Took my 8 year old Catahoula here at 2:30 in the morning cause my dog was lethargic and panting severely. After checking in at the desk they took my dog in quickly. Then came back and said that needed to perform a blood test, fecal test, x-ray and a sonogram for the amount of $500 After agreeing for the tests and charges. Doctor came and told me my dog need to have emergency surgery due to internal bleeding caused by a tumor or cancer near the spleen. Doctor recommended removing the spleen and a blood transfusio... read more

We took our Johnny in an April weekend night for symptoms of vomiting and bloody stool. The vets had very poor bedside manner. The were good about telling how much it cost, but when it came to what to expect it was like pulling teeth getting information from them. After leaving Johnny overnight, we called up and spoke with lady vet who seemed inconvenienced that we took her time to call. We did not get an accurate diagnosis until we took Johnny into our regular vet who tested for pancreatitis. He tested positive. At least th... read more

I took my dog in for a suspected snake bite. Although I asked the vet who saw him several times if it was possible he'd been bit by a snake--I was repeatedly told no. The doctor was clearly irritated with me that I kept asking. And she was rude. She seemed aggravated that I had taken my dog to her hospital. She insisted that he had an ear infection and had just shaken his head repeatedly (hence the SUPER swollen ear). I said he hasn't been shaking his head. The response was "he HAS. Maybe you haven't seen it". This dog is a... read more
