Absolutely do not go here. They are so sketchy. My male cat gets UTIs so we brought him in when one started coming on because it was Saturday so our regular vet was closed. (He was still eating and drinking water and acting normal, but his pretty litter was red.) They had four people call me acting like he was increasingly more sick. The first time the actual vet called, she said she had given him an ultrasound, but wanted to do X-rays and blood work; although they'd already confirmed it was just the beginning of a UTI (a li... read more

This place has gone way downhill lately. Long wait times, which I don't mind since it's emergency, but you have to wait outside with little notice of what's happening inside. No call box so you have to call and then get put on hold for lengthy wait iTunes. This is a change since Covid and not for the better. You can't even wait in the lobby. I'd recommend a different emergency hospital where you can wait inside (especially as you wrack up HUGE BILLS).

I'm highly upset, and I just want to ensure that others make the APPROPRIATE choice when trying to take care of their four legged children. Last night we had to take Miller to the animal hospital because he picked up the same bug that Mia had (Thankfully its not a serious one). It was about 7:45. We got him in around 8:30, he had to go in alone because of covid protocols which is fine. Everyone on the phone was able to answer our questions, which was good. He came back out at around 10:20. This still isn't the problem. S... read more

My dog was experiencing hemorrhagic gastroenteritis and this place refused to see my dog. Refused to work with my emergency fund even after talking to them and then the person on phone became belligerent and told my daughter who was waiting in parking lot that they refused to see my dog and to take him somewhere else. I highly recommend you take your animals to another facility that actually cares for animals and their owners.

I would leave no stars if I could. DO NOT BRING YOUR ANIMALS HERE!!! Our dog ( small Chihuahua) was attacked by an owl or some bird in the night and my husband brought her here asap because of how much she was bleeding. First off, he was there for over 2 hours and they weren't telling him much. They were only writing up estimates and talking about costs. I facetimed the vet since I was out of town and he kept calling our little girl a boy, then proceeded to tell us the best option is to do Emergency surgery and cut her open ... read more

This is the worst vet ER I have ever been to my 13 year old dog was dying and we knew we had to put him to sleep. When we got there they wouldn't touch my dog until I finished filling out paperwork they let my dog suffer and then when they finally got him in they called about the price and I had to go to my house to get the total amount and the lady on the phone was bashing me telling me I was a horrible person for letting my dog suffer because I had to go back to the house to pay there outrageous amount They only care about... read more

We raise French Bulldogs and know they have a number of problematic issues and have always been more than happy with the professionalism and result we have experienced with these offices and our experiences there. But our recent situation took place at the Fort Worth Animal Emergency Hospital. Upon arriving I called the office number to announce we were on the parking lot. I was asked if I had called ahead and filled out the proper documentation for the visit. Because of the situation with the dog we didn't make time to ... read more

The care here is very good but beware they are all about money! I honestly do not know how the average person can afford this . We had an emergency situation and while we were on our way they called 4 times for payment and requested emails doc u signed before seeing us. After we were there there were 4 more calls.... all about money . They had our credit card on file and having been there Before knew the the high end of their estimate would definitely be surpassed. Again satisfied with the care but their practice of handling... read more

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE UNLESS YOU ARE IN A LIFE & DEATH situation! I brought my 3 year old border collie in around 8:30pm for a small laceration on his right hind foot - not the pad but the top of the foot. A technician took my dog to the back for about 30 minutes (exceedingly long for the nature of the wound) only to have the tech come back with a $685 estimate to repair! I asked to speak with the Vet, who I discovered was a fellow Aggie. After another 30 minute wait (and I'm the only one in the clinic), the vet came... read more
