My husband took our 4 month old female cat here in January of this year. She was wobbling on her hind legs and as first time cat owners we were worried something was wrong. My husband said everyone in the office was very nice. They drew some labs and did an X-ray because they couldn't see any issues externally. Everything came back that she was healthy and they sent our cat away with painkillers. We paid over $500 for the visit. Her wobbling stopped a few days later. Would not recommend. We took our sweet baby here three times in one week. The first time was because she was having trouble breathing and coughing. They wouldn't even let us see a vet. They took our dog to the back so I'm not even sure if they actually did anything but they said her oxygen level was 98% and there was nothing they needed to do. Awful place. The front desk staff has no concept that people are not there for an enjoyable issue. Their tone and level of empathy is inexcusable. The doctor we saw provided no confidence he actually cared and/or knew what he was doing. People take their pets to an ER because of an EMERGENCY SITUATION!

Take your furry baby anywhere but not here please. They killed my little one. He was taking his last breath and the doctor on phone is like "he is dying and I can keep him and it will cost you 6k you want us to try it or not but he will not survive - how do you want to pay and you need to pay now" . WORST VET HOSPITAL EVER. Lisa was VERY RUDE and unprofessional telling me my bleeding dog was "a non- emergency ". She said this 3 times and then brought up that I said I was unhappy with the service te last time I was there. Instead of reminding about my last review she should have been more concerned about my bleeding dog. Poor woman seemed confused and unsure of herself like she didn't know what she was doing at all. Maybe she was new, but she was not professional or considerate at all.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMAL HERE THEY ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR ANIMAL. My Catahoula was attacked by a pitbull at the beginning of May, my normal vet was closed so I brought him here. Here now waiting for my cat to be brought out. The previous reviews are correct, no one is allowed inside the building (even though clients are walking out of this building while being here) was told by the staff it's the owners policy that he "doesn't allow people inside his building" and it's "not about covid" even though the signs say "due to covid" - they want you to pay before they even treat your pet.- That's shady to me, because I don't know if you're going to do what you say since I'm not allowed inside with my... read more
I took my dog today for a sudden problem with my dog's back legs. I rushed to the closest ER. I tried to enter the building and the door was closed . 3 or 4 different numbers were posted on the glass door . I asked an employee coming back from another costumer in the parking lot and she told me to call one of those number while she was walking back in without even stopping .I called the number and they said due to COVID I had to check in online first .
