Get directionsNo compassion or communication shown. Really sad. Pricing is beyond ridiculous. They portray it's all about the money and forget their mission statement Do you research ahead of time in the event you will eventually need an er
Take your furry baby anywhere but not here please. They killed my little one. He was taking his last breath and the doctor on phone is like "he is dying and I can keep him and it will cost you 6k you want us to try it or not but he will not survive - how do you want to pay and you need to pay now" . I said money is not issue but what happened to him please and I'm prepared to do anything please make him okay" Which mother wants to hear this and in that tone that too from a doctor. They are butchers! They also have a wrong me... read more
WORST VET HOSPITAL EVER. Lisa was VERY RUDE and unprofessional telling me my bleeding dog was "a non- emergency ". She said this 3 times and then brought up that I said I was unhappy with the service te last time I was there. Instead of reminding about my last review she should have been more concerned about my bleeding dog. Poor woman seemed confused and unsure of herself like she didn't know what she was doing at all. Maybe she was new, but she was not professional or considerate at all.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMAL HERE THEY ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR ANIMAL. My Catahoula was attacked by a pitbull at the beginning of May, my normal vet was closed so I brought him here. ( mind you I was recommended to somewhere in Mansfield but I35 was ridiculous and this place was closer so here we are) I call first obviously to let them know we are coming and they told us to come on in, we get there and I let the girl at the reception desk know we need a female doctor, that he is male aggressive sometimes ... read more
Here now waiting for my cat to be brought out. The previous reviews are correct, no one is allowed inside the building (even though clients are walking out of this building while being here) was told by the staff it's the owners policy that he "doesn't allow people inside his building" and it's "not about covid" even though the signs say "due to covid" - they want you to pay before they even treat your pet.- That's shady to me, because I don't know if you're going to do what you say since I'm not allowed inside with my... read more
I took my dog today for a sudden problem with my dog's back legs. I rushed to the closest ER. I tried to enter the building and the door was closed . 3 or 4 different numbers were posted on the glass door . I asked an employee coming back from another costumer in the parking lot and she told me to call one of those number while she was walking back in without even stopping .I called the number and they said due to COVID I had to check in online first . Now,my dog was in a lot of pain and crying. I had to go back to my car , ... read more
Absolutely do not go here. They are so sketchy. My male cat gets UTIs so we brought him in when one started coming on because it was Saturday so our regular vet was closed. (He was still eating and drinking water and acting normal, but his pretty litter was red.) They had four people call me acting like he was increasingly more sick. The first time the actual vet called, she said she had given him an ultrasound, but wanted to do X-rays and blood work; although they'd already confirmed it was just the beginning of a UTI (a li... read more
This place has gone way downhill lately. Long wait times, which I don't mind since it's emergency, but you have to wait outside with little notice of what's happening inside. No call box so you have to call and then get put on hold for lengthy wait iTunes. This is a change since Covid and not for the better. You can't even wait in the lobby. I'd recommend a different emergency hospital where you can wait inside (especially as you wrack up HUGE BILLS).
I'm highly upset, and I just want to ensure that others make the APPROPRIATE choice when trying to take care of their four legged children. Last night we had to take Miller to the animal hospital because he picked up the same bug that Mia had (Thankfully its not a serious one). It was about 7:45. We got him in around 8:30, he had to go in alone because of covid protocols which is fine. Everyone on the phone was able to answer our questions, which was good. He came back out at around 10:20. This still isn't the problem. S... read more
