Get directionsThe receptionist, tech, and veterinarian were all equally wonderful and skilled at their job. The facility is top notch, reasonably priced, doesn't smell like a veterinary office, and everything is done in a calm and timely manner. Knowing a situation requires emergency attention automatically evokes feelings of panic and urgency, at least to me. By the time we left though, I felt completely taken care of and without worry. The receptionist was (first of all) informative over the phone. In person and once greeted, she was ... read more
This place was great in a very bad time for me I had to go here last night because my cat was very sick when I got there they immediately rushed him back while I was doing the paperwork. I told them that I was on a very tight budget and couldn't afford to pay a lot and they basically told me not to worry about that right now and that when everything is done well figure it out they didn't care about the money they only cared about my cat. Unfortunately my cat didn't make it but they made sure that I was able to see him one la... read more
We just took our rescue Dixie to this amazing facility! Jason, an amazing, kind vet tech came to the waiting room to speak with us. We discussed what was going on with her and he examined her right there. His number one concern was her health! The facility was concerned about her not the money. With his advice and reassurance we left with piece of mind not bankrupt. We thank Jason and his kind heart! Mitch, Celeste and Dixie
I took my dog there and ultimately had to have her put down. The issue is that the place is way over priced costing me in excess of $1700 for the exam and procedure. The vet on duty came across as if they were more concerned about making money by treatments and overnight stays than she was about the overall care of my pet. While one staff member that I worked with was pleasant, the vet seemed to be very callous and uncaring. She wanted me to commit to extended costly care when the best approach was euthanasia was the mos... read more
This place is absolutely the worst place to take your pet in event of an emergency. All of the staff are miserable, rude and disrespectful. We took our 13 year old chihuahua who hurt her back in the middle of the night, between 1-3am & was in tremendous pain. They took her and told us to wait in our car, they wouldn't let us in or provide updates within reasonable timeframe. After $1,000 & a nerve racking 45 minutes they told us they calmed her down & would need an additional 1,900 to monitor her over night in order for thei... read more
I brought my dog there for what turned out to be life ending issues, but we went home with meds for "enough at home hospice until I was ready to say goodbye." I brought him back 36 hours later to put him down, around 10:30 pm. I was met in the parking lot by some lady assistant who immediately started telling me "to do this will be $800. To do that will be $1200...." before she knew who I was or why I was there. Then, I went inside to have my baby put down and there's just a non-stop barrage of expenses you have to pay. They... read more
My husband took our 4 month old female cat here in January of this year. She was wobbling on her hind legs and as first time cat owners we were worried something was wrong. My husband said everyone in the office was very nice. They drew some labs and did an X-ray because they couldn't see any issues externally. Everything came back that she was healthy and they sent our cat away with painkillers. We paid over $500 for the visit. Her wobbling stopped a few days later. But a month later it started again and I took her to the C... read more
Would not recommend. We took our sweet baby here three times in one week. The first time was because she was having trouble breathing and coughing. They wouldn't even let us see a vet. They took our dog to the back so I'm not even sure if they actually did anything but they said her oxygen level was 98% and there was nothing they needed to do. We tried to explain that when at the vet she doesn't show symptoms because she is scared and we tried to show them videos we had taken - didn't matter, they "had no reason to tre... read more
Awful place. The front desk staff has no concept that people are not there for an enjoyable issue. Their tone and level of empathy is inexcusable. The doctor we saw provided no confidence he actually cared and/or knew what he was doing. People take their pets to an ER because of an EMERGENCY SITUATION!
