Our 13 year old German Shepard had to be put to sleep earlier this week and I wasn't sure where to go because our normal vet wasn't opened yet. I called a few places in the area and they directed us to the ER hospital. I am so happy we found them. The entire staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. It was one of the saddest days of my life, but they were with us every step of the way and allowed us to grieve without time restraints. We were informed of the costs and given cremation options. We recently had the need to visit an emergency vet and the Fort Worth Animal Emergency Hospital is nearby. From the very moment I entered, I was confident that I had chosen the right site. The staff was helpful and the facilities were modern, up to date, and clean. With other facilities I have had to pay before even seeing a vet. Had an amazing experience! Rushed my dog in thinking some kind of neurological issue. They checked her out and no charge unless I saw the vet. All vitals good and we were on out way home

We were visiting from California and our dog Hazel needed immediate attention, The doctors and staff did a great job in what I would consider saving her life. Take you to everyone there on behalf of Hazel!!!

Friendly and assertive staff. Extremely attentive to the specifics and didn't delay due to the breed of my dog. Upfront about the cost and excellent care for my pup With any ER, costs are pricey but you get what you pay for ...great care for a pretty penny. I did get money back too! What is most important the staff, the location and the attention she received! Thank you to a wonderful staff!

If you have a pet emergency, this is the best place to take your pet. The staff is phenomenal and provides the highest level of care. They were transparent about the cost of services and made me feel comfortable with what needed to happen. When my pet was admitted for treatment, they kept me in the loop with how he was doing. I could not ask for a better place to take my pet in an emergency. On a Sunday morning, our very old dog showed what might have been a major leg injury. Our regular vet was closed for the day, but referred us to Fort Worth Animal Emergency Hospital. It turned out to be a great experience. The receptionist and vet tech showed total care and attention. The receptionist, tech, and veterinarian were all equally wonderful and skilled at their job. The facility is top notch, reasonably priced, doesn't smell like a veterinary office, and everything is done in a calm and timely manner. Knowing a situation requires emergency attention automatically evokes feelings of panic and urgency, at least to me. By the time we left though, I felt completely taken care of and without worry.
