Ft Worth Animal Emergency took care of our most beloved pup, Poppy. Unfortunately, we had to say goodbye to our precious girl but the staff were so incredibly kind and compassionate. I’ll forever be grateful for the humanity and decency shown to our family on one of the worst days of our lives. May God bless each of you for doing such hard and heartbreaking work.

I recently recommended my brother to bring in his fur baby. Your compassion and care was incredible. Thank you to your entire staff for their loving care of him and his best buddy Duke ❤️

This morning my wife, with the assistance of another motorist, picked up a badly injured cat, lying in the road, after apparently being hit by a car. He appeared to have severe internal and external injuries and was bleeding from the mouth, unable to move. After hours of sitting there waiting for an ultrasound they conveniently fit him in after hours so I was forced to pay for a night visit (upfront). Hours later my dog basically bled out and died. He was 4 years old. He did not get quality care. The vet was not straight forward with... read more

We’ve used this facility’s emergency services a few times (unfortunately). Each time we have used them we received good communication and great care. I would say their rates are comparable to other vets in the area. Our most recent visit was a crisis situation and we had to put our elderly dog down. It was the hardest thing to deal with, but the staff were professional, caring, efficient, and attentive. I really wouldn’t recommend taking your pets anywhere else, especially in an emergency situation. All of the vets that we h... read more
