Our pup had heart surgery earlier this week which involved a device implant and catheter through his femoral artery. We needed to remove his bandage over the artery but were nervous to hurt him, so we came here. Kat met our pup outside in our car so that he was comfortable and to keep his heart rate from raising due to stress/excitement (we have to keep his heart rate low to not dislodge his device). Wonderful staff, from the front desk to the doctors and nurses. They have cared for all 3 of our cats and our dog. They care, are compassionate, and they talk you through everything.
Not only is the staff sweet and knowledgeable, they are patient and compassionate! Wouldn't go anywhere else!
The staff is amazing. They saved my dogs life and treated us both like royalty! Big shout out to tech Mandy and the support staff! We spent a few days there and the level of care was unbelievable! Human hospitals could learn A lot from this wonderful animal hospital!

We recently had to take our dog to this hospital. The care they gave him during the 3 days he was there was amazing! The doctor's were awesome and kept us informed every few hours with phone calls and detailed information about our little guy. The entire staff was caring and sympathetic to our concerns. The facility was extremely clean and nice. While our baby was in the intensive care unit we were able to visit him, which helped him and us. Because of their awesome care, we were able to bring him home on the 3rd day.
Took our little girl in due to unusual behavior, lethagic which got progressively worse over time. They treated us and our little girl professionally and with the utmost compassion, like it was their own child. They advised of the estimated cost and did everything they said they would. No one wants to go to an emergency vet, but if you have to this is a good one. Both times I feel the wait service and fees were reasonable. Staff is attentive and friendly. Edit: I think the expectation is that emergency care is more expensive. I've been here twice now for things that were minor but couldn't wait til my regular vet open. The price for both (UTI, cut nose) were reasonable and not more expensive than what we would pay at our vet.
We took our golden doodle after being hit by a car. They were quick and understanding. Shannon was great. She was caring and knowledgeable!
