We absolutely LOVE and will always be grateful to this animal hospital. I pray we never have to use them again, but if needed, they have earned our business forever. Trusting somebody with your fur baby is hard enough, but being in crisis mode and leaving them overnight at a hospital is something I don’t wish on anybody nor would I want to relive. We went in tonight after my dog got stung by a scorpion and they said they weren’t accepting intakes due to the number of inpatient animals they had and lack of staffing BUT they still made time for us and asked us what was going on. After talking for a minute, they said they would make room for her and see her. We sat around for a little bit and after no reaction occurring, we decided to leave. Would like to thank the staff of Fort Worth animal emergency! We came in with our dog she was not herself at all. She is a diabetic dog also had other issues going on. Thankfully she made it through surgery and is having a happy recovery. She is back to her normal self maybe even better
Took my cat here after her spay incision became infected. I was taken back to a room and seen almost immediately. They cleaned her incision and gave her an antibiotic shot. She’s now in her way to a full recovery. I’m so thankful she was seen promptly and was given great care. I hope I never need to bring her back but I feel confident with her being treated wonderfully if she ever has to. Thank you for helping my baby.
