No one wants to go to an emergency vet, but if you have to this is a good one. Both times I feel the wait service and fees were reasonable. Staff is attentive and friendly. Edit: I think the expectation is that emergency care is more expensive. I've been here twice now for things that were minor but couldn't wait til my regular vet open. The price for both (UTI, cut nose) were reasonable and not more expensive than what we would pay at our vet.
I took my 14 year old Cavalier here at 1:30 in the morning. The staff was kind and knowledgable. They communicated with me the entire time we were there and completely explained what they wanted to do and cost involved. They thoroughly explained the results of everything they did and truly cared about me and my pet. I would not hesitate to send any of my friends here for help with their family pet!
I had to take my baby girl there or long ago for vomiting. The staff was wonderful to me. It did take a little while but I honestly expected it. I also expected to pay a few pretty Pennies since it's an ER!! Ha! But my girl got some blood work done and meds to go home! I'm so thankful for them, I've read their reviews and I'm saddened by the negative ones bc I feel it doesn't do justice. They truly were so nice and caring.
This was the second time i had to visit this ER and i'm thankful for it both times. 1st off, the fact that it's 24 hours is amazing because both times i needed emergency help i knew i could get it so i didn't have to stress about whether i would get help in time. 2nd, i've been stressed every time i go obviously but the staff has always been cheerful when needed and sympathetic when needed. In a quick and tragic turn of events, we had to put down our sweet dog of 14 years. The veterinarian (Dr Stephens) and staff were so compassionate. They were quick to diagnose, thorough in explaining, and kind when laying out our options. They were a comfort during a really heartbreaking time for our family. I brought my baby in for emergency treatment and had nothing but a great experience! Everyone I spoke with was extremely nice and helpful. They did a great job of explaining the situation that my baby was in and walking me through what was going to be done. Couldn't be more happy with the experience! Definitely recommend this hospital for anyone that needs their animal babies to be taken care of as if they are family.
I truly appreciate this emergency clinic. They were very helpful and always available to answer any follow-up questions I had...and I had several. They were always reassuring and patient. They offered suggestions on problems I encountered after getting my sweet dog back home. In the middle of the night, they calmed my nerves and helped me dry my tears. Did not actually use the emergency part but went to their eye specialist great guy. He is taking care of our baby's dry eye problem.
Took my little girl to this ER vet a few days ago. She was having difficulty eating, holding down food and water and just not herself. Due to STILL Covid restrictions at this business, all business with me was done over the phone and in the parking lot. Kind of weird considering almost everything is practically open at this point.
