I recently celebrated eight years around the sun with my shepherd, Ghost. I would have lost him if it wasn't for the exceptional care he received from his surgical team, and the dedicated ICU nurses who cared for him after his stomach flipped. It was one of the scariest moments of my life as a pet owner. To have been able to bring home the same doofy, lovable shepherd that he has always been was a godsend. I am so thankful that he had such a fortunate outcome.
Not only is the staff sweet and knowledgeable, they are patient and compassionate! Wouldn't go anywhere else!
I am so grateful for this animal emergency hospital and their incredible staff and doctors !!! Unfortunately we can't plan an emergency & I have had to bring several of my pets to this ER during the middle of the night. Every time I was always greeted with compassion and a true sense of urgency. You can tell the entire staff all love what they do and it shows in the care and compassion my pets have always receive. Thank you all for being there when needed !
Years ago my cat Farrah came in having issues. Dr Stephens was able to take her to surgery & save her life. Forever grateful Never had to use them again, but it's nice to know they are there.
They took really great care of my sweet, shy baby, Oscar Wilde Kat. Everyone there was so kind, gentle, and compassionate. I am legitimately shocked that the reviews are so negative. The pricing is a bit more, but they are there ALL the time. Like, 24 hours a day. They saw my sweet little Oscar the night before Thanksgiving when all vets were closed.
The staff is amazing. They saved my dogs life and treated us both like royalty! Big shout out to tech Mandy and the support staff! We spent a few days there and the level of care was unbelievable! Human hospitals could learn A lot from this wonderful animal hospital!

We recently had to take our dog to this hospital. The care they gave him during the 3 days he was there was amazing! The doctor's were awesome and kept us informed every few hours with phone calls and detailed information about our little guy. The entire staff was caring and sympathetic to our concerns. The facility was extremely clean and nice. While our baby was in the intensive care unit we were able to visit him, which helped him and us. Because of their awesome care, we were able to bring him home on the 3rd day.
Took our little girl in due to unusual behavior, lethagic which got progressively worse over time. They treated us and our little girl professionally and with the utmost compassion, like it was their own child. They advised of the estimated cost and did everything they said they would. During the final consultation the doctor could not have been more kind, personable, and informative She told us what was done, the results, her recommendation and what to expect.
