We absolutely LOVE and will always be grateful to this animal hospital. I pray we never have to use them again, but if needed, they have earned our business forever. Trusting somebody with your fur baby is hard enough, but being in crisis mode and leaving them overnight at a hospital is something I don’t wish on anybody nor would I want to relive. I took my Shepard here and they said it would be a certain amount for x-rays and bloodwork. It came back at more than that so I argued the price with the vet. She told me not to bring any more of my pets there after I disagreed with her assessment of the situation. Very poor reason to say what she said. I believe I messed with her ego by disagreeing with her. I don’t want to take my pets there anyway because I love them and they deserve better than her. We went in tonight after my dog got stung by a scorpion and they said they weren’t accepting intakes due to the number of inpatient animals they had and lack of staffing BUT they still made time for us and asked us what was going on. After talking for a minute, they said they would make room for her and see her. We sat around for a little bit and after no reaction occurring, we decided to leave. 0/10 I would not recommend this place if you love you dog dearly. They give you the run around if your dog is completely sick. They would rather the dog die then to actually help them. My dad came this morning to this place to get a x-ray on my dog which cost $750 to see what was wrong with her and they said she had kidney failure. They wanted to keep her over night but my dad said no because they said she would die anyways if she stay and go home.
