Our family and dogs have have had a long term and very positive relationship with Countryside, Most recently one of our dogs went in for his annual physical and even in these Covid days, everything was handled very professionally. High marks for Countryside!

We got Bruce our 'pandemic pup' last April and Countryside was recommended to us by several friends and neighbors. It has been a year and believe it or not we have not been inside the clinic as yet due to the social distancing precautions. We are very grateful for such care for not only our dog but for us humans as well. The process is very thorough as you check in through text, you hand over your pet to a loving technician who promptly calls you. Your pet is then examined and the Vet calls you to discuss the issues further.... read more

Our first experience with Countryside clinic and Dr. Burgess was wonderful! As a new dog mom, I was really nervous bringing my puppy to the vet, but all the staff and doctor were so warm and comforting, and I knew she was in good hands. I was also impressed by the covid precautions in place and how smoothly, and efficiently, the entire process was!

Thank you for your outstanding service. Everybody is so helpful. Making an appointment is really easy and I am glad you posted more signs with larger print so we can see the arrival check-in text number from our cars. I know all of the doctors are outstanding, but I absolutely LOVE Dr. Sovern!!! I am confident that Richie will be given the best care possible. From handing Richie over to the Tech at the front door to getting him back after his appointment, everything is easy for both of us.
