I was hesitant after reading some of the reviews but I'm glad I took my Aussie Finley to see Doctor Hall and his team. They were great! They really focused on Finley and made sure I knew what he needed. They were extremely thorough and responsive (even after hours) any time I had concerns or questions. I can't say enough about this clinic and its staff. I have brought my dog Chewy to Dr. Hall for a few years now and nothing but great service and results. Dr. Hall is a true expert in his field and has your pets well being first and foremost in his mind and actions. You won't regret taking your pet to see Dr. Hall.
Very impressed with Dr. Hall & his staff. First time our 12 year old cat has ever had someone look at all his teeth for a visual exam the way Dr Hall did. The regular vet barely lifts the lips up. He answered our questions & is confident in what he's doing. He is very thorough & cares about his patients. Cristal , the receptionist, also answered our questions & was very knowledgeable. My dog and I had a great experience with Dr. Hall overall. We had a dental emergency and Crystal called us during a holiday and took my dog Sully the next day. Dr. Hall explained everything thoroughly and called me before the procedure so I knew exactly what was being done in which we agreed upon. Dr. Hall called us every following day to check in on Sully to make sure everything was going well. When I had a concern, Crystal had us come in the same day and Dr. Hall checked him out. Dr. Hall is a top-notch animal dentist and has a first rate staff to back him up. Sadly, we had neglected our 15-year old kitty's teeth for too long and he needed extensive work, including multiple extractions and lots of stitches, all done under anesthesia. Everything was clearly explained to us beforehand and the follow-up instructions were clear and easy to follow. What an awesome experience. I called frantic to get our Dolce taken care of. It was after hours, but I got a call that night saying bring him in the next day. I did that and had a great onboard with Dr Hall's receptionist who sent me to the "waiting" room. Dr Hall walked in 1 minute later, introduced himself, asked to hold Dolce, and sat down on the floor with our rescued Yorkie.
