DO NOT GO TO DOCTOR HALL I had a horrific I saw Dr Hall for 3 minutes. Want to give negative stars. The office will blame you for their incompetence and malpractice. So do your research I recommend the oral surgery and staff and that Love Centre in Leesberg Dr Hall and his staff especially Christal Wheeler are unprofessional and inhumane
I received top tier service from Dr Hall and the staff at this location. My cat moony needed a full mouth extraction and Dr Hall and his staff were patient, empathetic, and informative. They encourage calling to ask questions at any time (if it’s after hours, they call back as soon as possible after you leave a voicemail). I felt like they really cared about Moony and her healing process. We initially came here for a tumor growth in our dogs mouth, and to that extent the service provided was good and normal. Before my dog was sedated his long nails were mentioned but the staff and asked to trim them as he will be put under for the surgery. We said he’s definitely he has long quicks but as short as then can be definitely do it. I’m not going to go back and forth or address everything but I will respond to 3 main things: 1. If I was verbally told about your non-refundable policy then we wouldn’t be here right now. 2.
