AVOID AT ALL COST CAUSE IT WILL COST YOU ...... Brought my dog in for a dental cleaning estimated cost was ~$800 got a call explaining they needed to do a few things and no revised estimate. I expected it to be a little bit more then estimated but when I went to pick up my dog I was told the bill is $2800!!!!! THIS IS BAD BUSINESS AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU GO ELSEWHERE... it's pretty much extortion now I have to figure out how to pay my credit-card bill

If you have thousands of dollars to waste this is your guy If you want to be ripped off this is your guy If you want someone to tell you the most expensive way to treat your dogs dental issues this is your guy. If you want to be littled and shamed for not going along with his $5000 treatment plan this is your guy.

I went in to the office to get a consultation on 12/15/20 for them to take a look at my puppy's teeth because his baby teeth had not fallen out and his adult incisors and other adult teeth were already out. Paid $165 for the consultation and was given advice to extract all his teeth because smaller breeds have issues with underbites. Asked for an estimate that day. They said I would be given an estimate later that evening. That evening I never received the estimate. Called back the next day and was told that the estimate was... read more

I had a terrible experience with this dental vet. First, he is rude and condescending. He yelled at me over the phone when I pointed out a mistake. I paid over $1000 for tests and he didn't even perform the procedure. He referred me to another specialist and questioned why I wanted to see a different one. My pet would have DIED if I followed what he had said. I had a five-star experience with another local dental vet, DON'T GO TO THIS ONE!

The word of the day is "Extraction!" Don't let the smile and playful noise fool you. Once you've entered this office...everything is a ploy to extract and I don't mean the teeth! He tells you how your dog suffers in silence and extraction of most of my dogs teeth will be beneficial for a 3 year old dog. I told him that I don't make split second decisions and need sometime to think it over. He says he needs to put my dog to sleep and do the exams. I agreed. Few hours later I get three phone calls from the doctor of how... read more

I declined having my puppy's teeth pulled on the same day that he was just getting a check up. Henry is 12 months and we'll taken care of. This resulted in me paying $165 for a 10 minute consultation that gave me no information. But hey, it's my fault. I should have asked for a price list first and I would have never went. You live and you learn.

The clinic specializes in pulling teeth, in excessive amounts and at a very high price since it positions itself as a specialty clinic. Read the reviews, positive and negative: all of them describe the doctor recommending pulling an unusually high number of teeth or doing some other aggressive procedure. None of them describes the doctor coming up with a technique to SAVE the dog's teeth or recommending a conservative treatment. The difference between the positive and negative reviews is whether he was able to convince the c... read more

I wish I could give this place 0 stars, but since that is not an option, I am giving it one star simply because the only person at this place that shows regard for human and animal decency is Cristal. Dr. Hall, on the other hand is rude and condescending, and very dismissive of your concerns for your animal. I had been attempting for months to find out the culprit for my kitten's congestion, wheezing, and stuffy nose, and discharging eyes. I was given several antibiotics to try to help my kitten feel better, but nothing seem... read more

Thanks for giving us your side of the story, but it is not a fair characterization of what happened. My wife came to your office and simply wanted to have a blood test, x-ray, and teeth cleaning for our dog. After the initial exam, the doctor told my wife that our dog had many bad teeth and started pressuring her to commit to having them pulled. But the doctor came to this conclusion before he did the x-ray. So my wife asked the doctor to complete the exam with the x-ray and call her back and she would go from there. Sh... read more
