We’ve been taking our pets to Russell Ridge for a few years now and I am so thankful for them. The staff are all extremely caring and the doctors and techs always take the time to talk to me and answer any questions I may have. I have one angel dog and one problem child and they understand how to work with her and not push her past her limit. Dr Hines is our primary veterinarian and she is amazing! The weekend after Thanksgiving, we lost our sweet fur-baby Callie. It was sudden and unexpected and we were devastated. The vet and the staff at Russell Ridge Animal Hospital were so incredibly kind, caring and gentle with us as we said goodbye to her. They did everything they could to help us through the difficult process...Jennifer even walked us to our car afterwards and gave me the sweetest hug. I am relatively new to Russell Ridge. I was very impressed with Dr. Williams. She is very knowledgeable and very personable. The staff is always very friendly and kind and I enjoy talking with them and everyone is very kind to the pets.

Everyone at Russell ridge Animal Hospital is fantastic. Always feel like Max, Crystal, and Shadow are being treated like a member of their family. You and your pets will love them!!

We had been going to another vet’s office for a number of years. Their care and attitudes changed over the past couple of years. Per a friend’s recommendation, we just recently brought our cat in and was Dr. Hines. We were very impressed with her kindness and explanation. About two weeks again, we brought our dog Gracie in for emergency service. Dr. Hines was there and took great care of Gracie and fortunately pulled her through. Special heartfelt thanks to Russell Ridge Animal Hospital in Lawrenceville. They saved my Lola's life yesterday. Her Heart stopped after surgery. They never gave up on her and continued CPR until they got a heartbeat. It took a little while but she came back to us. finally started breathing on her own. Those who know me well know just how much Ms Lola means to me. She's 17 1/2 and has been by my side for 16 years. Shes truly a little trooper. Evidently God isn't ready for her yet. Saw my dog in an emergency. Took great care of her and kept me informed along the way, listening to my concerns and getting good info (asking questions and listening to the answers) to further determine what was wrong. Were up front about what pricing would be (ballpark) and they were sweet to her. She seemed so comfortable there. They called to check up on her after her follow up appointment which was so nice.

We have been going there almost 5 yrs. Their service is very systematic and wonderful even in this pandemics.I took my cat for yearly check up and staff came curbside and ask do I have any concerns ,then she took my cat , after check up, doctor gave me a call and explained findings. Every one was friendly!
